📌 General Rules & Organizer Rights

- Please arrive on time – 5 minutes late = walkover
- 2 minutes warm-up only per match
- Respect match times. Delays will not be entertained
- Unsportsmanlike behavior or rule violations may result in immediate disqualification
1. No refunds once a team’s registration is confirmed.
2. Player substitutions are allowed before the draw.
3. Once the draw is made, all teams are locked — no changes allowed.
4. Teams must arrive and register before 3:30 PM. Late arrivals after 3:35 PM will be disqualified.
5. The organizer reserves the right to Amend T&C，competition date，Venue， determine draw methods, adjust match order, take action against poor sportsmanship, disqualify teams if necessary and etc.
6. All decisions by the organizer are final and not subject to appeal.
7. Walkover
a) A Team that fail to be present when call upon to play will concede a Walkover with a score of 0-15 to its scheduled opponent.
b) As this is a friendly mini competition, conceding a Walkover in any matches will NOT forfeit all the other matches in the competition.

**Handicap for Mix or Women Double
1. If Mix is playing against Men, Mix will get 4 points at beginning of the match.
2. If Women is playing against Men, Women will get 5 points at beginning of the match.
3. If Women is playing against Mix, Women will get 3 point at beginning of the match.


1. DUPR 3.25 and Below (at time of registration)
• DUPR rating must not exceed 3.25.
• Maximum cap DUPR 3.254
• Minimum rating: NR (Not Rated).
• NC (Not Connected) status will be placed on hold.


2. Podium Restriction (at time of registration)

Podium players may only join if paired with a non-podium player.

🏆 Team event podium results are NOT counted as individual podium achievements.

🏆 Small-scale events, friendly matches, or competitions with prizes RM500 and below are not counted as podium events.
Evaluation is based on champion prize only.


3. DUPR & Reclub Account Integrity Rules
• Fake DUPR accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Players with two DUPR or Reclub accounts are not allowed.
• If a fake or duplicate account is detected, the entire team will be disqualified immediately — no substitutions, no changes, and no refunds.
• Offending players will be reported to Reclub Director and DUPR Director for further penalties, which may include suspension from using Reclub and DUPR.

4. Scoring Format
• Group stage: 15-point rally scoring (sudden death, no serve-to-win).
• Semifinals & 3rd place: 21-point rally scoring (serve-to-win at 20–20).
• Finals: Best of 3 games to 15 points rally scoring (serve-to-win at 14–14).
• From quarterfinals onward, scoring format may change based on time and organizer discretion.

5. Number of Teams
• Minimum: 24 teams.
• Maximum: 50 teams.

6. Fees
• RM130 per team
Early bird 15 team or 26/01/2025（1st come 1st serve）
• One payment per team (no separate payments).
• Payment to 019-5666685 (Ng Keat Siang).
• Please send payment receipt in the discussion chat after payment.

7. Registration Confirmation
• First-pay, first-served basis.
• Only fully paid teams are confirmed.
• Pending teams remain unconfirmed until payment is completed.

10. Grouping & Competition Format
• 4 teams per group, 8 pools total.
• Round robin in the group stage.
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to quarterfinals, followed by semifinals, 3rd place playoff, and final.

11. Warm-Up
• First match: 3 minutes warm-up allowed.
• Subsequent matches: 1 minute warm-up.
• Courts open 1 hour before the tournament for warm-up.

12. Forfeited Matches
• If a player is injured mid-match, the current score stands.
• If a player is injured before the match starts, the score will be recorded as 15–0.
• If a player fails to show up (walkover), the match will be recorded as 15–0.
