Competition Format
Preliminary — Round Robin
- 4 teams per group (Groups A–H)
- Each team plays 3 matches (15 points, rally scoring)
- Win = 2 points, Loss = 0 points
- Top 2 teams advance to Round of 16
- Matches self-officiated, monitored by court marshals
Tie-break Criteria:
1. Head-to-head
2. Point differential
3. Total points scored
4. Coin toss
Knockout Stage
- Round of 16 & Quarter-finals: 21 points (Best of 1)
- Semi-finals & Finals: Best of 3 (15 points)
- Referees on duty beginning from Quarter-finals
📘 Tournament Rules
- Follows USA Pickleball (USAP) 2025 Official Rulebook
- Rally scoring system
- Only competition-approved paddles allowed
- Sports attire & non-marking shoes required
- Players must submit valid DUPR rating
- USAP-approved pickleballs provided
- All players must adhere to sportsmanship & safe play
- Late arrivals may be disqualified
Dispute Resolution Procedures
1. Court Marshal Review
- For non-refereed matches, disputes first reviewed by Court Marshal.
2. Referee-in-Chief Decision
- For escalated cases or refereed matches, Referee-in-Chief has final authority.
3. Complaint Deposit
- A refundable deposit of RM300 is required for formal protests.
- Refunded only if protest is upheld.
4. Final Ruling
- Organizer & Referee-in-Chief decisions are final.
