GAME RULES:
Round-robin format, where each player will have a minimum of 5 matches and a maximum of 8 matches.

The top 2 players in each group will advance to QF.

Scoring will be rally scoring to 15. Players to switch sides at 8 points. No time outs.

Playoffs:
Quarter Finals will be rally scoring to 21, switch sides at 11 points. No time outs.

Semi-Finals & Finals will have rally scoring to 15, best of 3. Switch sides only for 3rd set at 8 points. Each player will get 1 minute time out per set.

Match-ups and schedules will be generated using the Reclub App.

X-Ace 40 ball will be provided.
All participants will also receive a mystery door gift as a token for participating!

OFFICIATING:
No officials will be present throughout the tournament.

The receiving player(s) are responsible for:
Making line calls & faults. Please ensure good sportsmanship (if you are unsure if it's in or out, it's probably in)

In any event of a dispute:
The point may only be replayed if both parties agree to a replay of the point.

*The tournament will proceed as long as there is a minimum of 20, but the cash prize money / equivalent merchandise value will be adjusted accordingly.

All matches will NOT be submitted to DUPR.


ELIGIBILITY:
Players must have a DUPR rating of 4.099 or lower.

Players with a “NR” (Not Rated) status are allowed to participate. IF YOUR SINGLES RELIABILITY IS BELOW 70%, Doubles rating will be used instead.

Player’s rating is taken as a snapshot 1 months prior to the tournament date. Upon registration, send me a direct message with a link to your DUPR profile for an eligibility check.
Example: Tournament date: 11 Jan, Eligibility snapshot date: 11 Dec

Players found to have:
Duplicate DUPR/RECLUB profiles, deliberate tampering and decreasing of DUPR will be disqualified without any refunds. This is to ensure a fair playing environment for all participants.

Let's all have fun together! The goal of this tournament is to get a ton of competitive games in for all participants while also keeping it slightly competitive with prize money/equivalent prizes. 🏆🏆🏆

If you are unable to make it for the tournament, you will have to find a replacement as we do not offer refunds to ensure a good playing experience for all participants. This applies to emergencies as well.
