1. DUPR 3.1 and Below (at time of registration)
• DUPR rating must not exceed 3.1.
• Maximum cap: 3.199.
• Minimum rating: NR (Not Rated).
• NC (Not Connected) status will be placed on hold.

2. DUPR & Reclub Account Integrity Rules
• Fake DUPR accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Players with two DUPR or Reclub accounts are not allowed.
• If a fake or duplicate account is detected, the entire team will be disqualified immediately — no substitutions, no changes, and no refunds.
• Offending players will be reported to Mr. Luis (Reclub Director) and Mr. Ben (DUPR Director) for further penalties, which may include suspension from using Reclub and DUPR.
• Any player found violating these rules will also be blacklisted from all future Rally Reapers sessions.

3. DUPR Submission
• All matches will be submitted to DUPR.

4. Podium Restriction (for cash prize eligibility only, at time of registration)
• This restriction applies only to players who have previously won a cash prize in any tournament.
• Podium players may only join if paired with a non-podium player.

• Podium players/finalists refer only to the Champion and 1st Runner-Up. 3rd and 4th place are not included.


5. Novice Mixed Doubles
• Only mixed doubles are allowed.

6. Scoring Format
• Group stage: 15-point rally scoring (sudden death, no serve-to-win).
• Semifinals & 3rd place: 21-point rally scoring (serve-to-win at 20–20).
• Finals: Best of 3 games to 15 points rally scoring (serve-to-win at 14–14).
• From quarterfinals onward, scoring format may change based on time and organizer discretion.

7. Number of Teams
• Maximum: 25 teams.

8. Fees
• RM29 per person / RM58 per team.
• One payment per team (no separate payments).
• Payment to 012-4660068 (Johnson Ng Ze Wey).
• Please send payment receipt in the discussion chat after payment.

9. Registration Confirmation
• First-pay, first-served basis.
• Only fully paid teams are confirmed.
• Pending teams remain unconfirmed until payment is completed.

10. Grouping & Competition Format
• 5 teams per group, 4 pools total.
• Round robin in the group stage.
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to quarterfinals, followed by semifinals, 3rd place playoff, and final.

11. Warm-Up
• First match: 3 minutes warm-up allowed.
• Subsequent matches: 1 minute warm-up.
• Courts open 1 hour before the tournament for warm-up.

12. Tournament Balls
• Official branded tournament balls will be used.

13. Prizes (Subject to change if less than 20 teams register)

🥇 Champion – RM88 cash + medals
🥈 1st Runner-Up – 8 Franklin balls + medals
🥉 2nd Runner-Up – 4 Franklin balls + medals

14. Forfeited Matches
• If a player is injured mid-match, the current score stands.
• If a player is injured before the match starts, the score will be recorded as 15–0.
• If a player fails to show up (walkover), the match will be recorded as 15–0.

📜 Terms & Conditions
1. No refunds once a team’s registration is confirmed.
2. Player substitutions are allowed before the draw.
3. Once the draw is made, all teams are locked — no changes allowed.
4. Teams must arrive and register before 9:00 PM. Late arrivals after 9:10 PM will be disqualified.
5. The organizer reserves the right to determine draw methods, adjust match order, take action against poor sportsmanship, and disqualify teams if necessary.
6. All decisions by the organizer are final and not subject to appeal.
