‼️ Eligibility ‼️
- Strict DUPR cap: 3.5 and below only
(3.500 is allowed — anything above 3.5 is NOT allowed. No buffer.)
- NR (No Rating) players are NOT accepted
- Excessive or obvious DUPR rating manipulation / reduction may result in rejection
- Players clearly above Novice level may be rejected even if they meet the above criteria.
Final eligibility decisions are fully at the Organizer’s discretion.

The organizer reserves the right to:
- Verify player identity, rating, and playing history at any time
- Request supporting documents such as IC copy, Reclub profile, DUPR profile, Baseline / SportsSync records (if needed)
- Reject or remove any player/team found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Immediately disqualify any player attempting to misrepresent skill level, rating, identity, or playing background. strictly no refund

Tournament Format
20 Teams will be split into 4 pools (5 teams each)
- Round Robin Format within each pool
- Top 2 teams from each pool will advance to knockout stages
Scoring Format
🦧Pool game : 21points sudden death
🦧Quarterfinals : 21points sudden death
🦧Semi-Finals : 21points Serve to win
🦧3rd/4th placing : 15points best of 3
🦧Finals : 15points best of 3

🎯Gameplay🎯
- 5 minutes late to register to court for play will be given a walk-over.
- 1 minute warm up is given before each game (if required)
- 1 Test Serve is given to each player before start of each game
- 30 seconds for time out (semi-final onwards)
🚫 Conduct, Behaviour & Removal 🚫
Any form of:
- Aggressive behaviour
- Verbal abuse
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Disrespect towards opponents, officials, volunteers, or venue staff
may result in:
- Game forfeiture
- Tournament disqualification
🚨No refund will be issued for removals due to misconduct.
📝Officiating 📝
- Receiver’s call
- Players should practice sportsmanship to resolve any dispute.
🚨Host reserves right to remove or ban player who shows no sportsmanship and violate the rules.🚨
⛑️ Health & Safety ⛑️
- First Aid: First aid kit available on-site
- Medical Staff: No ambulance or medical crew on standby
- Player Fitness: Players must ensure personal fitness to participate
- Warm-Up & Stretching: Players are encouraged to warm up adequately and stretch to reduce injury risk
- Liability Waiver: By registering, all players accept personal responsibility for their health and safety and waive liability against the organizer for any injuries or incidents occurring during the tournament
📸 Media & Content Rights
By registering, all participants grant the organizer the right to:
⭐Capture photos and videos during the event
⭐Use content for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes
without compensation or prior approval.
Payment on First Come First Serve Basis
⭐ Slots will be confirmed only once payment has been done and submitted in our website
Once 20 teams fully registered, pendings team will have to wait for any dropouts
‼️ORGANIZER DECLARATION & TERMS‼️
1. Organizer reserve rights to cancel/postpone/modify event.
2. In the case of event cancelation, full refunds will be issued.
3. In the case of postponement, participants can opt to remain or request full refunds.
4. No refund once payment is made unless as stated in 2 and 3.
5. Upon registration, you are liable to indemnity agreement.
