Welcome our first ever women's tournament!

Early Bird Fee: $300 per team (ends on 1/24)
Regular Fee: $350 per team

Entry will not be confirmed until team payment and players name registered on the app.

Please include team name in the payment notes. You can fill out the roster when you register on Reclub.

FORMAT:
Begins in the afternoon. Pool play schedules will be provided prior to the tournament.

Pool Play for seeding: 8 Sets total (play 4 teams 2 sets each)

Single Elimination Bracket for playoffs.

Games are self-refereed. Referee duties will be posted in schedules sent to teams. Teams must provide an up ref (R1), down ref (R2), two line judges, and a scorekeeper. Ref teams are encouraged to help keep games on time and moving.

Iron man is allowed.

Doors open at 2PM for warm-up. First game 2:30PM. Tournament should end by 12AM.

Men under 5'6" may participate. Minimum 4 women are required on the court.

Pool Play: Each match is two sets to 25 starting from 4. Max time is 45 minutes per match.

Playoffs: Each match is best 2 out of 3 sets to 25, starting from 4, win by 2, cap at 27. Third set to 15 points starting from 0.

Finals is best 2 out of 3 sets to 25 with the third set to 15 points. All sets start at 0 and no cap.

When you eliminated from the tournament, you are expected to stay the whole duration of the tournament until you finished your reffing duties. Please schedule accordingly.
