A minimum of 15 teams is required for this mini tournament to proceed.

1. DUPR 3.1 and Below (at time of registration)
• DUPR rating must not exceed 3.1.
• Maximum cap: 3.199.

2. Scoring Format
• Group stage & Quarterfinals : 15-point rally scoring (sudden death, no serve-to-win).
• Semifinals & 3rd place : 21-point rally scoring (serve-to-win at 20–20).
• Finals : 15-point rally scoring best of 3 games (serve-to-win at 14-14).

3. Fees
• RM138 per team.
• Payment to 018-4060157 (Lee Fen Yee).
• Please send payment receipt in the discussion chat after payment.

4. Registration Confirmation
• Request > Organizers QC > Payment > Successful register
(Dupr point & podium base of payment date).

5. Podium Restriction (at Time of Registration)
• Podium players are only allowed to participate if paired with a non-podium player.
• [Podium + Podium] ✘ Not Eligible
• [Podium + Non-Podium] ✔ Eligible

Note: “Podium players” refer strictly to the Champion and 1st Runner-Up.
Players placed 3rd and 4th are not considered podium players.

Podium Rules:
Podium restrictions apply by category only.
Exception – Open Gender: Podium status in Open Gender also applies to the same category (e.g. Mixed Doubles / Women’s Doubles).

Example:
If you podium in Open Gender (Women’s Doubles), you may not pair with a podium player from the same category (Women’s Doubles).

6. Grouping & Competition Format
• 5 teams per group, 5 pools total.
• Round robin in the group stage.
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to quarterfinals, followed by semifinals, 3rd place playoff, and final.

7. Warm-Up
• First match: 3 minutes warm-up allowed.
• Subsequent matches: 1 minute warm-up.
• Courts open 1 hour before the tournament for warm-up.

8. Prizes

🥇 Champion – RM1288 cash + medals
🥈 1st Runner-Up – RM688 cash + medals
🥉 2nd Runner-Up – RM388 cash + medals

🥈 1st Runner-up — RM400 cash + medals
🥉 2nd Runner-up — RM200 cash + medals

9. Forfeited Matches
• If a player is injured mid-match, the current score stands.
• If a player is injured before the match starts, the score will be recorded as 15–0.
• If a player fails to show up (walkover), the match will be recorded as 15–0.

📜 Terms & Conditions
1.Once a team’s registration is confirmed, no refunds will be provided.
2.Player substitutions are allowed as long as they are made before the draw.
3.After the draw is completed, team line-ups are fixed and no further changes can be made.
4.Teams are kindly requested to arrive and complete registration by 10:45 AM.
•Teams arriving after 11:10 AM will unfortunately be disqualified.
5.The organizer reserves the right to finalize the draw format, adjust match schedules, promote good sportsmanship, and take necessary action if required.
6.All decisions made by the organizer are final and we appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.
7. The organisers reserve the right to change the terms & conditions and rules without prior notice.
