1. Eligibility & Verification
• Open only to players with DUPR rating <2.99 and reliability ≥70%.
• Ratings screened from 1 December 2025 onwards.
• All players must have a valid Reclub ID synced with DUPR.
• Fake or duplicated accounts are strictly prohibited = disqualification, no refund.
• Organizer reserves the right to approve/reject any team to ensure fair play.
• Match results will not be submitted to DUPR.

2. Tournament Format
Group Stage: 4 Pools × 6 Teams, Round Robin, 15 points (sudden death). Top 2 per pool advance.
Knockout Stage:
• Quarter Final: 15 points, sudden death
• Semi Final: 21 points, sudden death
• Final & 3rd/4th Place: 21 points, 20–20 serve to win

3. Prizes
• Champion: RM978 (Rm800 Cash + Gprotein Goodies value Rm89x2)
• 1st Runner-Up: RM578 (RM400 Cash + Gprotein Goodies value Rm89x2)
• 2nd Runner-Up: RM378 (RM200 Cash + Gprotein Goodies value Rm89x2)
Prize money guaranteed only with full participation; otherwise, prorated based on confirmed teams.

4. Payment & Confirmation
• Fee: RM150/team, payable via Touch ’n Go to Yap Chun Wen (016-380 8896).
• Confirmation: Send payment receipt in the chat. Slot secured only after payment verification.
• No refunds, cancellations, or transfers after payment.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation
• Organizer may cancel or postpone due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances.
• Updates will be communicated through the official event channel.

6. Media & Publicity
• By joining, participants consent to photos/videos being used by The 1315 Club for marketing and media purposes without compensation.

7. Liability & Injury Disclaimer
• Participants assume full responsibility for their safety and condition.
• Organizer, venue, and sponsors are not liable for injury, accident, loss, or damage before, during, or after the tournament.
• Players are advised to warm up and use proper gear.
• Participation indicates acceptance of all associated risks.

8. General
• All participants must observe fair play and sportsmanship.
• Organizer’s decisions are final and binding.
