✅ Eligibility Requirements
• DUPR rating below or equal to 2.5/ Not Rated
• Must never have won a Pickleball tournament championship
• Our eligibility assessment period is from registration until the day before the event, 6 February at 9:00 AM. Any violation during this period will result in immediate disqualification.

Schedules are arranged to avoid time clashes

❌ Cancellation Policy
• If fewer than 8 teams are registered, the event will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued
• No refunds once registration is confirmed
• If unable to attend, participants may arrange their own replacement

🔥 Match Format
• Pool Play (Round Robin)
• Top 1st & 2nd from each pool advance (based on points)
• Round of 16 → Quarter Final → Semi Final
• Winners advance to the Final
• Losing semi-finalists play the 3rd Place Match

⚠️ Match format and schedule may be adjusted based on final registration numbers.

🎯 Scoring System
• Rally point scoring to 15 points
• Sudden death at 14–14 (no deuce)
• Teams switch sides upon reaching 8 points

📌 All match schedules will be managed by Reclub

⚠️ Important Notes
• Any disputes should be resolved through friendly communication
• If needed, the referee’s decision is final
• Match results will NOT be submitted to DUPR
• Participants must connect their DUPR account for eligibility review before registration
• Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation
• Prizes may be adjusted proportionally if participant numbers are insufficient
