Due to additional team requests, the tournament has been increased from 10 teams to 12 teams.
This is a great thing actually, because now with 2 pools of 6 teams each, every team is guaranteed 5 matches. 🎉
The first matches will be a round robin in each pool. Games will be regular side out scoring to 15, win by 1. Teams will switch sides at 6.
Pool A will have 6 seeded teams and every team will play each of the other teams once on 2 courts.
Pool B will have 6 seeded teams and every team will play each of the other teams once on 2 courts.
This will guarantee each team getting to play 5 matches.
The top 2 teams by wins and point differential in each pool will then advance to a semi finals. The 2 semi final matches will play one regular side out scoring match to 15, win by 1. Teams will switch sides at 8.
The finalists will play 2/3 regular scoring games to 11, win by 2. Teams will switch sides at 6 in each game.
Teams are allowed one, 1 min timeout in each game.
First place team will receive 1,000 baht. 🥇💰
