👤 Players Eligibility
- Open to all players with connected & synced DUPR account.
- Player's DUPR must be 2.779 on the date of the registration. (Maximum of 2.780 - anything more is not acceptable)
- No Rating (NR) are NOT eligible to play.
- Matches will NOT be submitted to DUPR.
- Players with fake/duplicate/multiple accounts are prohibited to play.
- Players must report at least 5 minutes before their match starts.
- ⁠Late arrivals may result in a walkover.

🏆Podium Eligibility Rule
- Tournament with 20 teams & above:
• Maximum of 3 podium (1st/2nd/3rd) per team for the past 24 months.
• Podiums will be counted on Reclub only.
• Podiums of all category included (Mens/Mixed/Womens Doubles).
- Tournaments podiums with less than 20 teams/Inter Club/Friendly Matches are acceptable.

*NOTE: Final eligibility decision is fully on the organiser's discretion.

🥇 Champion: RM 500 cash + Medal + Exclusive Sandals from SiDEZ each worth RM200
🥈 1st Runner-Up: RM 250 cash + Medal + Exclusive Sandals from SiDEZ each worth RM100
🥉 2nd Runner-Up: RM 125 cash + Medal + Socks from SiDEZ each

24 teams complete:

🥇 Champion: RM 600 cash + Medal + Exclusive Sandals from SiDEZ each worth RM200
🥈 1st Runner-Up: RM 300 cash + Medal + Exclusive Sandals from SiDEZ each worth RM100
🥉 2nd Runner-Up: RM 150 cash + Medal + Socks from SiDEZ each

Tournament Format:-
24 teams will be randomly divided into 4 groups of 6.

- Group Stage
Round-robin: 13 points rally / sudden death
Top 2 teams from each group will advance to Quarter-Finals round.
Teams will be ranked based on:
• Total matches won
• Points Difference
• Head to Head Differences

- Quarter-Finals
15 points rally / serve to win @ 14-14

- Semi-Finals
15 points rally / serve to win @ 14-14

- 3rd/4th Placing & Finals
Best of 3 sets - 13 points rally / sudden death

• Please note that this tournament is not "receiver call" tournament. Both parties must agree on the line call decision (either in or out), or agree to replay the point.
• 10 minutes injury time is allowed per injury per game. Any injury time more than 10 minutes will result to a walkover.
• 1 minute warm-up is given before each game (if required).
• 1 Test Serve is given to each player before start of each game.
• 30 seconds time-out/team for Semi-Final onwards.

🏥 Health & Safety

- Basic First Aid kit available on-site.
- No ambulance or medical crew on standby during tournament day.
- Players must ensure personal fitness before participating.
- Players are encouraged to warm up adequately and stretch to reduce injury risk.
- Liability Waiver: By registering, all players accept personal responsibility for their health and safety. All liability is waived against the organisers for any injuries/incidents occur during the tournament.

📸 Media & Content Rights
By registering, all participants grant the organizer the rights to:
• Capture photos and videos during the event.
• Use the content for promotional, marketing or social media purposes without compensation or prior approval.

🔺 Declarations
- The organising committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament if participation is insufficient.
- In case of cancellation (by the organiser), a full refund will be provided to all confirmed teams.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
- Prize structure may be adjusted if the final registration count is lower than expected.
- The committee reserves the right to amend the terms/tournament format to ensure the success of the event.
- Players suspected of manipulating or in using multiple DUPR accounts will be disqualified without refund.
- All matters not specified in these guidelines shall be governed by the USA Pickleball Rulebook.
- By registering and making payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to all rules and terms.
- All decisions of the organising committee are final.
