• The organizer reserves the right to reject and refund entries that do not meet eligibility requirements
• Fees are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by the organizer

👱🏼‍♂️ELIGIBILITY
✅ DUPR rating below 2.999 (NR players are allowed)
✅ DUPR rating must be valid at the time of registration
✅ DUPR results will NOT be submitted for this tournament

⏱️ PLAYER CHECK-IN
• All players must check in 30 minutes before their scheduled match
• Late arrival may result in walkover or disqualification

🏆 TOURNAMENT FORMAT & RULES
• Total 12 teams
• Divided into 2 pools (Pool A & Pool B)
• 6 teams per pool
• Pool stage: Round-robin format
• Matches played to 15-point rally scoring
(Sudden death, NO serve to win)
• Semi-Finals & Finals: 21-point rally scoring
• Organizer reserves the right to adjust match format if necessary

• Basic first aid will be available on site
• Players prone to cramps are advised to bring personal medication/support
