Eligibility & DUPR Requirements
1. Individual player should have a DUPR between 2.0 to 3.2, with pair combined total < 5.8, AND 10% reliability at the point of registration.

2. NR (No Rating) is acceptable, AND will be considered as rating of 2.899.

• Players must submit DUPR ID for verification upon registration, sync Reclub ID with DUPR ID.
• Fake/duplicated/deleted and recreated DUPR accounts, or suspicious manipulation of DUPR rating = immediate disqualification, be it before or during the tournament, NO refund.
• Participants are required to check all terms and conditions, and confirm eligibility of all team members before registration. Once payment is made, if found ineligible or disqualified, be it before or during tournament, NO refund.
• Organizer has final decision on players qualification - to approve or reject any team with suspicious DUPR rating or account issues to ensure fair play.
• Match results will NOT be submitted to DUPR.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

10.00am - 10.30am: Warm up time - Men's Doubles
10.30am - 12.30pm: Men's Doubles
12.30pm - 1.00pm: Warm up time - Mixed Doubles
1.00pm - 3.00pm : Mixed Doubles

For those who failed to qualify for knockout stages, you may stay and continue social play with other players😄

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

🏁GROUP STAGE
• Total 16 pairs, randomly divided into 4 groups of 4.
• Round-robin
• Top 2 pairs from each group (total 8 pairs) will advance to the Quarter Final Stage.
• Matches will use a 13-point rally scoring system, with sudden death at 12–12 (no "serve-to-win").
• Teams will be ranked based on the following order:
1. Total wins
2. Head-to-head (H2H) results, if tied on total wins
3. Score differential, if still tied after H2H


🏁 QUARTER FINALS
• Matches follow a 15-point rally scoring format.
• “Sudden death” applies at 14–14.


🏁 SEMI FINALS
• Matches follow a 15-point rally scoring format.
• “Sudden death” applies at 14–14.


🏁 FINAL, 3RD/4TH
• Matches follow a 21-point rally scoring format.
• “Sudden death” applies at 20–20.



🕵🏻 Match Officiating
Group Stage:
• Self-officiated - Receivers call lines and faults.
• All disputes must be resolved respectfully and fairly. Participants are encouraged to REPLAY the point when dispute arises.
• Host may have a final call

Quarterfinals, Semifinals, 3rd/4th, Finals:
• Umpires will assist scorekeeping and result submission.
• Umpire makes fault calls.
• Receiving side makes line calls.
• All disputes must be resolved respectfully and fairly. Participants are encouraged to REPLAY the point when dispute arises.
• Umpire may have a final call provided with a clear view.

🚫 Timeout
• One (1) timeout of 1 minute is allowed per team for Semi-Finals, 3rd/4th and Final.

🕙 Punctuality
• Teams must report to the assigned court on time.
• Late arrival (past 5-minute grace period) = walkover/forfeit.

🧢 Equipment & Attire
• No offensive/inappropriate clothing
• No restrictions on paddle brands

⛑️ Health & Safety
• First aid available on-site.
• No ambulance or medical crew on standby.
• Players must ensure personal fitness to participate.
• Organizer holds no liability for injuries or incidents.

📢 Organizer’s Declaration & Terms
1. Organizer reserves the right to cancel/postpone/modify the event.
2. In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
3. In case of postponement, participants may opt to retain their slot or request a refund.
4. No refund once payment is made unless as stated above.
5. Prizes may be adjusted based on final team count.
6. Events may go past the scheduled hours to complete all matches.
7. By participating, players consent to the use of photos/videos for event promotion.
