• Round-robin matches within each pool

🏆 Advancement
• Top 2teams from each pool → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final → 3rd Place Playoff
• Top 2 teams in each pool will qualify for the quaters finals

• Pool Play : 1 game to 15 points (rally scoring)
 – Serve to win at 14-14

• Quarter :1 game to 21 points(rally scoring)
– Serve to win at 20-20

• Semi Final ,Final & 3rd Place Playoff: 1 set 21 points (rally scoring)
– Serve to win at 20-20
• Each team is allowed 1 timeout (1 minute) per match

📒 Terms & Conditions

1. ⏰ Arrival & Registration
• Please arrive and complete registration before 11.45AM
• Teams arriving after 12.10pm will be disqualified.
• Matches will start punctually at 12.00pm, so please be on time and warm up in advance.

2. ⏰ Match Timing & Complaints
• Matches will start on time.
• Once the tournament has begun, no complaints or protests will be accepted.

3. 🏆 Organizer Rights
• The organizer reserves the right to determine draw methods and match schedules.
• Any form of unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any team at its discretion.

4. 🚫 Player Substitution
• No player substitution is allowed on the event day.
• In case of injury, the affected team must concede (walk over) the match.

5. 💰 Prize Pool
• The prize pool may be adjusted based on the number of participating teams.

6. ✅ Final Decision
• All decisions made by the organizer are final and not subject to appeal.
