‼️ Eligibility ‼️
- Women only (Female players aged 55 and above)
- Age Restriction: Player must be 55+ years old to participate (Born in 1971 is eligible)
- No DUPR submission
- Maximum DUPR of 3.099 (anything above is not allowed)
- NR is accepted
- Excessive or obvious DUPR rating reductions will result in rejection
- Previous podium winners in our tournaments are not eligible to re-join


🔍 Eligibility Verification & Integrity 🔍
The Organizer reserves the right to:
- Verify player age, identity, and playing history at any time
- Request supporting documents (IC copy, Reclub profile, DUPR profile if needed)
- Reject or remove any player/team found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Any attempt to misrepresent age, skill level, identity, or playing background will result in immediate disqualification with no refund

🚨The Organizer reserves the right to determine final eligibility based on overall playing level, past tournament results, and observed performance, even if all listed criteria appear to be met.🚨

🎮 Tournament Format 🎮
Group Stage
- 20 teams split into 4 pools (5 teams each)
- Round-robin format within each pool
- Top 2 teams from each pool advance to knockout stages

Knockout Format
- Pool game: 15 points sudden death
- Quarterfinal: 15 points sudden death
- Semifinal: 15 points serve to win
- 3rd / 4th placing: 21 points sudden death
- Finals: 21 points sudden death

🎯 Gameplay 🎯
- 5 minutes late to register to court will result in a walk-over
- 1-minute warm-up before each game (if required)
- 1 test serve per player before start of each game
- 30 seconds timeout (semi-final onwards)

🚫 Conduct, Behaviour & Removal 🚫
Any form of:
- Aggressive behaviour
- Verbal abuse
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Disrespect towards opponents, officials, volunteers, or venue staff
may result in:
- Game forfeiture
- Tournament disqualification
🚨 No refund will be issued for removals due to misconduct 🚨

📝 Officiating 📝
- Receiver’s call
- Players are expected to practice good sportsmanship to resolve disputes
🚨 Host reserves the right to remove or ban any player who violates the rules or shows poor sportsmanship

⛑️ Health & Safety ⛑️
- First Aid kit available on-site
- No ambulance or medical crew on standby
- Players must ensure personal fitness before participation
- Warm-up and stretching are strongly encouraged
- By registering, players accept full responsibility for personal health and waive liability against the Organizer

📸 Media & Content Rights
By registering, participants grant the Organizer the right to:
⭐ Capture photos and videos during the event
⭐ Use content for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes
without compensation or prior approval

- No refund will be provided for withdrawals due to personal reasons, injuries, partner unavailability, or schedule conflicts.
- Participants agree to the Organizer’s indemnity and liability terms.
- Participants agree to comply with all Organizer and Tournament Director (TD) decisions.
