Early Bird Fee: $300 per team (ends on March 14)
Regular Fee: $350 per team

Registration will not be confirmed until team payment and players name are registered on the app. This is important.

Please include team name and division when submitting payment.

Format:

• Pool play consists of two-set matches within each pool.
• Pool results determine tournament seeding.
• Tournament format may be single or double elimination.

SCORING
• Pool Play: Two sets to 21 (win by 2, cap at 23).

• Tournament Matches: Best of three.
 – Sets 1 & 2: To 21 (cap 23).
 – Set 3 (if needed): To 15, win by 2, no cap.

• Final Match Exception: If an undefeated team advances, final is played to 21 with no cap.

• Consolation Bracket: One set to 25, win by 2, no cap.

TIME LIMIT
• Matches are capped at 40 minutes.
• If time expires, the current score becomes final.

REFEREEING
• Matches are self-refereed.
• Team captains manage disputes.
• Unresolved disputes must be brought to Tournament Directors.

PRIZES:
1st Place:
Women's Division: $800
B Division: $800
BB Division: $1500
(Price will be determined by the number of teams signed up)

MVP: $300/ will be determined only in the finals matches. This decision is based on judgement for each division. (Price will vary based on signed up teams)

When you eliminated from the tournament, you are expected to stay the whole duration of the tournament until you finished your reffing duties.
