⚡ PBV Express Tournament is here! A small battlefield to prove your game. A quick-format tournament designed to build confidence, test your skills, gain experience, and enjoy real match play in just 2 hours!

‼️Important Rules for Mixed Doubles COMBINED DUPR ≤ 6.099‼️: (PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTER)

DUPR Eligibility✔️:
• Players’ DUPR will be based on the HIGHEST rating recorded since 1/1/26.
• Players must have at least 50% reliability. No rating (NR) is not eligible.
• Maximum DUPR rating for one player is 3.299.
• Players found using multiple DUPR accounts with different ratings OR creating fake matches will be disqualified, and registration fees will not be refunded.

Podium Eligibility✔️:
• Players who have previously won an Intermediate (eg: <3.3, <3.5, <6.5) or higher tournament (eg: <3.75, <4.0, <7.0) are not eligible.

***Wins from private events with restricted access, or publicly recorded events with fewer than 12 teams, or a total prize pool under RM500, or team-based and singles tournaments do not count as official tournament wins.
-> meaning if your past win does not counted as official tournament win, you are allowed to join.

⚠️ Important:
If you have podiumed in any higher level tournament that doesn’t appear on Reclub and we receive proof via official report, you will be disqualified on the spot with no refund. (This is upon successful registration, any podium finishes after registration still eligible to join.)

General Rules 📝 :
1. Players must register at 8.30pm at the venue (GPA) and report to their designated courts on time. A 10-minute late arrival results in a forfeit (no-show).
2. Open to all players with Reclub ID (a clear picture of yours for identification, not animation / pets / objects /cars / or group photos) that sync to a DUPR account.
3. Matches will be submitted to DUPR.

Payment & register ®️ :
1. After registering your team, please submit both of your DUPR profile LINK (we take in highest rating recorded since 1/1/26) to CAPTAIN’S CHAT for verification.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a notification to proceed with payment (payment by TNG, bank transfer is not accepted).
3. Registration fees is RM160/ per team. Please send payment receipt to GENERAL CHAT.
4. Payment by TNGO only : 0167777712 Lee Jia Ji.
5. Any payment made before verification is non-refundable, if your team / partner is not eligible, you will need to find new partner or a replacement team to take over.
6. To prevent this, please follow registration instructions, thank you!

Prize 🥇🥈🥉:
Champion: RM350 cash + Medal
1st runner up: RM200 cash + Medal
2nd runner up: RM100 cash + Medal
All winners will be rewarded with Franklin balls as well.

Tournament Format (Quick Overview)🏟️:
• 12 teams divided into 2 groups of 6 teams randomly. Each team will play 5 matches during round-robin.
• Group stage: Round-robin, 15 rally points, sudden death, no serve to win, no deuce, no timeout, no changing side.
• Top 2 teams from each group will advance to SEMIFINALS.
(***Seeding based on: Games won, Head-to-head win, score difference)
• Semifinals, 3rd place & Finals: 21 rally points, serve to win at 20-20, change side at point 11, one timeout for each team.
🪧 Finals will be played on GPA GRAND STAND Court, depending weather conditions.


Declaration‼️:
1. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event if there are not enough participants.
2. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided to all registered teams.
3. If the event is postponed, registered teams can choose to either retain their slot for the new date or request a full refund.
4. Registration fees is NOT refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
5. Prizes may be adjusted if total registrations are below than the targeted number of teams.
6. All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play.
7. The organizer will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tournament.
8. Please take care of your personal belongings — the organizer is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
9. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules and format if necessary.
