Tournament Format
This is a Doubles Pool Play Tournament followed by a Single Elimination Playoff.

Each team is guaranteed 3–5 matches, depending on pool size.
Teams will play every other team in their pool.
Teams with the highest point totals from each pool will advance to a single elimination playoff bracket.
The playoff bracket will determine the overall winners.
Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 teams overall.

Important Tournament Note
This tournament format is designed to balance players who are playing for fun and to support a good cause with players who also enjoy competitive play. Pools will include a mix of skill levels, with competition increasing in the single elimination playoff for teams that advance. This allows plenty of social play along with competitive matches.

Women’s Doubles

If either division is large enough, it will be split into separate divisions.

Brackets, Skill & Age Grouping
Registration will close before brackets are created.
Separate brackets will be created after registration ends based on skill level and age to ensure fair competition.
Final divisions and schedules will be announced before play begins.

Entry Fee & Payment
$60 per team ($30 per player).
Payment must be made via Venmo.
Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.

Tournament organizers reserve the right to adjust brackets or formats if needed.
