🦊🐰 Game Guidelines:

1️⃣ Fixed Doubles (Mixed, Men, Women)
2️⃣ 13-point rally scores (Serve to win when 12-12)
3️⃣ Round Robin format. All teams will play 7 games (if 8 participating teams)
4️⃣ The competition results based on the Reclub matches’ standings.
5️⃣ No referee appointed. Receiver calls lines/faults. Resolve disputes respectfully and fairly. Host may make final call if with clear view.
6️⃣ 5-minute Warm up given fairly to every teams’s first game only. Latecomers, please be prepared to warm-up outside the court before game starts.
7️⃣ No timeout. Max 10 minutes injury time per incident.
8️⃣ The host reserves the right to ban players who violate the rules or display poor sportsmanship.

✅ Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
✅ Please use appropriate paddle, sportswear and footwear.
✅ Please bring your own pickleball paddle.
✅ Balls will be provided by the organizer.
✅ Any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event is not the responsibility of the organizer.
✅ Organizer reserves the right to cancel/postpone/modify the event.
✅ In case of postpone/cancellation of the event, we will fully refund.
✅ In case of postponement, participants may opt to retain their slot or request a refund.
✅ No refund once payment is made unless as stated above.
✅ By joining this event, you agree that photos and videos may be used by the Club for media and marketing purposes. If you do not consent to your photos being used, please inform the host accordingly.
