📄 Main Rules :
1. Players must complete their registration at least 30 minutes before the tournament begins and report to their assigned courts on time.
2. All participants must possess a Reclub ID
3. Each player's DUPR must be below 2.659 ( 2.660 still accepted, more than that not allowed to play )
4. NR Player are welcome
5. Registration is defined as the completion of payment.
6. Match results will NOT submitted to DUPR.

💰 Registration & Payment :
1. Entry Fee: RM130/team

3. First-come, First-served basis:
• A maximum of 24 teams — confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Proceed with payment upon confirmation from the organizer

Podiums Limit Rules :
Applicable only to tournaments with 16 teams or more
1. For tournaments with DUPR 2.700 and above:
2. Each team is allowed a maximum of three (3) podium finishes (1st / 2nd / 3rd place).
3. For tournaments with DUPR below 2.700 - No podium limit applies.
4. Only podium finishes recorded on Reclub will be counted.
5. Podiums from all categories are included:
• Men’s Doubles
• Mixed Doubles
• Women’s Doubles
6. The following do not count toward the podium limit:
• Tournaments with DUPR 2.700 and above but fewer than 16 teams
• Inter-club events
• Friendly matches

Note : Final eligibility decision is fully on the organiser's discretion.

🔔 Game Rules :
1. Group Stage
• 24 teams will be divided into 4 pools
• 1 & 2 placing from each pool (8 total) will advance to Division 1 Quarter Final Stage.
• 3 & 4 placing from each pool (8 total) will advance to Division 2 Quarter Final Stage.
• 5 & 6 placing from each pool (8 total) will play for Division 3 Quarter Final Stage.
• Matches will use a 15-point rally scoring system, with sudden death at 14-14.
• Teams will be ranked based on:
• Total matches won > Points Differential > Head to Head Differences > Overall score difference and will be calculated by Reclub

2. DIVISION 1 :

Semi Final
• Matches follow a 21-point rally scoring format.
• “Sudden Death” applies at 20–20.

Final & 3rd/4th
• Matches follow a 21-point rally scoring format.
• “Serve to win” applies at 20–20.

3. DIVISION 2 & 3 :

Semi Final
• Matches follow a 15 -point rally scoring format.
• “Serve to win” applies at 14–14.

Final & 3rd/4th
• Matches follow a 15-point rally scoring format.
• “Serve to win” applies at 14–14.


🧩 Other Terms & Conditions
1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event if there are insufficient participants.
2. If the event is canceled, all teams will receive a full refund.
3. In the event of a postponement, teams may choose to retain their slot or request a refund.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
5. The organiser reserves the right to adjust the rules or tournament format if deemed necessary.
6. Prize amounts may be revised if the number of participating teams is insufficient.
7. Players suspected of manipulating or in using multiple DUPR accounts will be disqualified without refund.
8. All matters not specified in these guidelines shall be governed by the USA Pickleball Rulebook and are subject to the organiser’s final decision.
