1. Eligibility & Verification
• Open only to players with a valid DUPR rating and reliability score ≥70%.
• Team DUPR limit: Combined DUPR must not exceed 6.299.
• Men’s DUPR cap: Maximum 3.299 DUPR per male player.
• Women’s DUPR: No maximum cap.
• DUPR ratings will be screened based on the rating at the time of registration.
• All players must have a valid Reclub ID synced with DUPR.
• Fake or duplicated DUPR accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification with no refund.
• The Organizer reserves the right to approve or reject any team to ensure fair play.
• Match results will not be submitted to DUPR.

2. Tournament Format

Group Stage:
• 4 Pools × 6 Teams
• Round Robin format
• Matches to 15 points (sudden death)
• Top 2 teams per pool advance to Knockout Stage

Knockout Stage:
• Quarter Final: 15 points, sudden death
• Semi Final: 21 points, sudden death
• Final & 3rd/4th Place: 21 points, 20–20 serve to win

3. Prizes
• Champion: RM1,200 Cash
• 1st Runner-Up: RM600 Cash
• 2nd Runner-Up: RM300 Cash

Knockout Reward:
Players who qualify for the Knockout Stage (Quarter Final) will be entitled to receive The 1315 Club official jerseys (worth RM45 per piece), subject to availability of sizes and stock.

Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation.
In the event of insufficient participation, prize amounts will be prorated based on confirmed teams.

4. Payment & Confirmation
• Fee: RM200 per team
• Payment Method: Touch ’n Go to Yap Chun Wen (016-380 8896)
• Confirmation: Send payment receipt in the chat. Slot is secured only after payment verification.
• No refunds, cancellations, or transfers after payment.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation
• The Organizer may cancel or postpone the event due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any updates will be communicated via the official event channel.

6. Media & Publicity
• By participating, players consent to photos and videos being used by The 1315 Club for marketing and media purposes without compensation.

• Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and physical condition.
• The Organizer, venue, and sponsors are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage before, during, or after the event.
