15 points rally, 14-14 Sudden Death (No Time outs)
Win Match = 3pts, Lose = 1pts
In the event of a tie in team points, the conditions for determining the team to proceed will be as of the follows:

Bracket Play:
Bracket line up will be determined through Reclub app.
Round of 16: 15 points rally, 14 - 14 Sudden Death (No Time outs)
Quarterfinals: 15 points rally, 14 - 14 Sudden Death (No Time outs)
Semifinals: 21 points rally, 20 - 20 Sudden Death (1 Time out, 1 min per team)
3rd place: 21 points rally, 20 - 20 Sudden Death (1 Time out, 1 min per team)
Finals: 3 sets of 15 points rally, 14-14 Sudden Death (1 Time out, 1 min per team)
Do note that that time outs will be forfeited if not used and cannot be carried forward to the next match.

1. Weather & Event Changes
In the event of rain or unforeseen circumstances, the decision to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event, including any refund, shall be at the sole discretion of the organizers.
2. Injury & Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that participation in the event involves physical activity and inherent risks. Any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event is the sole responsibility of the participant. The organizers, officials, sponsors, and venue shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in the event.
3. Medical Fitness & Emergency Treatment
Participants confirm that they are medically fit and capable of participating in the event. In the event of a medical emergency, participants authorize the organizers to seek medical assistance on their behalf, with all associated costs to be borne by the participant.
4. Personal Property
Organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the event.
5. Fair Play Policy
All participants are expected to compete fairly and uphold the integrity of the competition. Any form of cheating, exploitation of rules, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification or other penalties at the organizers’ discretion.
6. Decisions Are Final
All decisions made by referees, judges, or organizers are final and binding. Any disputes or protests must be submitted respectfully and in writing within 15 minutes of the match or ruling.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants must treat fellow participants, officials, staff, and spectators with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.
8. Eligibility & Substitutions
All participants must meet the eligibility criteria set out prior to the event. Any substitutions, if permitted, must be communicated to and approved by the organizers in advance.
9. Match Timing & Attendance
Teams must be present and ready to play at their scheduled match time. A delay of more than five (5) minutes without valid reason may result in a forfeit.
10. Media Consent
By participating, participants grant permission for photographs and video recordings taken during the event to be used by the organizers for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes without compensation.
11. Rule Acknowledgement
By participating in the event, all teams and individuals confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all tournament rules and policies throughout the duration of the event.

By completing and submitting the registration form, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions and consent to be bound by them.
