REGISTRATION
• All registrations must be made through the Google Form. Please complete the form in full - https://forms.gle/Xmjf18pQRsALpxwB7
• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• The organizer will add and confirm teams in the Reclub group once full payment has been received.
• Please provide the correct jersey size. Any changes must be made before 11 April 2026. • Changes after this date will not be entertained.
• Registrations made after the closing date will receive a jersey in a random size.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject and refund entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Registration fees are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by the organizer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• DUPR rating must be 2.799 and below with a minimum 50% reliability.
• DUPR rating must remain valid at the time of registration and on the closing date, 11 April 2026
• DUPR results will not be submitted for this tournament.
• New or unrated DUPR accounts are accepted.
• All participants must complete registration, including full payment and confirmation of a playing partner, before the registration deadline.
• Late or incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
• Players must compete only in their registered category.

ADDITIONAL RULES
• Players with previous podium finishes are welcome to participate.
• Both partners may have prior podium experience, including in major tournaments.
• Podium finishes from interclub and mini tournaments are also recognized.
• Coaches are allowed to join, provided their DUPR rating is 2.799 and below.
• Any arguments or disputes will not be entertained.

PRIZES
Champion : RM700 + Medal
1st Runner Up: RM500 + Medal
3rd Place: RM300 + Medal

**Note: Prize are subject to change if the registration target is not meet**

TOURNAMENT RULES & FORMAT
• 32 teams will be randomly divided into 4 groups.
• Matches will be played to 15 points (rally scoring) with sudden death during the group stage and Quarter Finals.
• The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the next round (Quarter Finals).
21 points (rally scoring) will apply for the Semi Finals and Final.
• The organizer reserves the right to adjust match formats if necessary.
• All match formats will be generated by Reclub. Any complaints or requests for changes will not be entertained.

LIABILITY & SAFETY
• Players participate at their own risk
• Organizers are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages
• Basic first aid will be available on site
• Players prone to cramps are advised to bring personal medication/support

By participating, players consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
