Competition Details

1. Category
- Mixed Doubles Open
- Bring your own partner

2. Competition Format
- Round Robin format with all teams playing against each other to determine the 1st, 2nd & 3rd podium placing prize award.

3. Scoring Format
- 15 points rally system with sudden death (without deuce).

4. Prizes
The Top 3 Teams will receive mystery prizes.

5. Organisers Rights
a) The Organisers have the absolute rights to decide on the method of the Teams draw & the order of play for the Competition
b) All decisions of the Organisers pertaining to but not limited to the schedule, flow & conduct of the Competition are FINAL.

6. Payment Method
a) Payment is through a separate Competition Payment Module via TnG DuitNow or QR Code transfer - please refer to payment details in the Payment Tab of the respective Competition Payment Module.
b) Only the Team Captain needs to register & pay for the Team in the Competition Payment Module.
c) Copy & paste the Payment Note from the Payment Tab onto your Payment Details section.
d) Take screenshot of your payment slip to upload via the Payment Tab to confirm registration.

7. Registration Confirmation
a) Payment is due when request is made. Only request accompanied by proof of payment uploaded via the payment tab would be confirmed.
b) Registration is based on first pay first secure basis, so Teams are advised to pay as soon as possible to avoid last minute scramble for the limited slot.

8. Refund Policy
a) No refund will be entertained once registration is closed.

9. Withdrawal & Substitution
a) Team CANNOT withdraw once Registration is CLOSED but players substitution is allowed as long as before the draw.
b) After the draw is confirmed, ALL Teams are frozen with no changes allowed unless due to medical emergency.

10. Walkover
a) A Team that fail to be present when call upon to play will concede a Walkover with a score of 0-15 to its scheduled opponent.
b) As this is a friendly mini competition, conceding a Walkover in any matches will NOT forfeit all the other matches in the competition.
