📌 General Rules & Organizer Rights

- Please arrive on time – 5 minutes late = walkover
- 2 minutes warm-up only per match
- Respect match times. Delays will not be entertained
- Unsportsmanlike behavior or rule violations may result in immediate disqualification
1. No refunds once a team’s registration is confirmed.
2. Player substitutions are allowed before the draw.
3. Once the draw is made, all teams are locked — no changes allowed.
4. Teams must arrive and register before 6:00 PM. Late arrivals after 6:05 PM will be disqualified.
5. The organizer reserves the right to amend anything， change any rules，competition time，Venue，determine draw methods, adjust match order, take action against poor sportsmanship, and disqualify teams if necessary.
6. All decisions by the organizer are final and not subject to appeal.
7. Walkover
a) A Team that fail to be present when call upon to play will conceder a Walkover with a score of 0-15 to its scheduled opponent.
b) As this is a friendly mini competition, conceding a Walkover in any matches will NOT forfeit all the other matches in the competition.

1. COMBINE DUPR 6.0 and Below (at time of registration)
• DUPR rating must not exceed COMBINE 6.0.
• Maximum cap 6.0
• Minimum rating: NR (Not Rated). If a player is NR, it will be considered as a 3.0 rating for calculation purposes.
• NC (Not Connected) status will be placed on hold.

1. DUPR & Reclub Account Integrity Rules
• Fake DUPR accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Players with two DUPR or Reclub accounts are not allowed.
• If a fake or duplicate account is detected, the entire team will be disqualified immediately — no substitutions, no changes, and no refunds.
• Offending players will be reported to Reclub Director and DUPR Director for further penalties, which may include suspension from using Reclub and DUPR.

2. Scoring Format
• Group stage: 15-point rally scoring (sudden death, no serve-to-win).
• Semifinals & 3rd place: 21-point rally scoring (serve-to-win at 20–20).
• Finals: Best of 3 games to 15 points rally scoring (serve-to-win at 14–14).
• From quarterfinals onward, scoring format may change based on time and organizer discretion.

3. Number of Teams
• Maximum: 48 teams.

4. Fees
• RM160 per team / RM130 for Early bird 15 team or 20/03/2026（1st come 1st serve）
• One payment per team (no separate payments).
• Payment to 019-5666685 (Ng Keat Siang).
• Please send payment receipt in the discussion chat after payment.

5. Registration Confirmation
• First-pay, first-served basis.
• Only fully paid teams are confirmed.
• Pending teams remain unconfirmed until payment is completed.

6. Prizes

🥇 Champion – RM 1200 cash + Medal + Special Mistery Gift
🥈 1st Runner-Up – RM800 cash + Medal + Special Mistery Gift
🥉 2nd Runner-Up – RM 400 cash + Medal + Special Mistery Gift

*If 24 team and above join
🥇 Champion – RM 600 cash + Medal + Special Mistery Gift
🥈 1st Runner-Up – RM400 cash + Medal + Special Mistery Gift
🥉 2nd Runner-Up – RM 200 cash + Medal + Special Mistery Gift

7. Grouping & Competition Format
• 4/5 teams per group, 6/8pools total. Pool will be change depend to total team number
• Round robin in the group stage.
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to quarterfinals, followed by semifinals, 3rd place playoff, and final.

8. Warm-Up
• First match: 2 minutes warm-up allowed.
• Subsequent matches: 1 minute warm-up.
• Courts open 1 hour before the tournament for warm-up.

9. Forfeited Matches
• If a player is injured mid-match, the current score stands.
• If a player is injured before the match starts, the score will be recorded as 15–0.
• If a player fails to show up (walkover), the match will be recorded as 15–0.
