5️⃣ Organisers’ Rights
• The Organisers reserve the full rights to determine:
• Team draw method
• Group allocation
• Order of play
• Match scheduling
• All decisions made by the Organisers regarding the flow, structure, and conduct of the tournament are FINAL.

6️⃣ Withdrawal & Substitution
• Teams cannot withdraw once registration is closed
• Player substitution is allowed only before the official draw
• After the draw is released, no changes are allowed unless due to verified medical emergency

7️⃣ Walkover Rule
• A team that fails to be present when called to play will concede a Walkover
• The match score will be recorded as 0–15 in favor of the opponent

8️⃣ Refund Policy
• No refund will be entertained once registration is closed
9️⃣ Reporting Time & Punctuality
• All teams must report and complete registration by 8:00 AM (latest).
• The tournament will start promptly at 8:30 AM.
• Any team that fails to be present within 5 minutes after being called to play will concede a Walkover.
• The match score will be recorded as 0–15 in favor of the opponent.
