2. Categories and Register Fee:

3. Eligibility of Participants
*Men’s Doubles DUPR Combine 6.0, mixed Doubles DUPR Combine 6.0*
- Open for all.
- All participants must submit a valid DUPR ID during registration.
- Maximum 40 Entries per category.
- At the time of registration, the combined DUPR rating of both players must be 6.0 or below.
- Players whose DUPR rating exceeds the limit (even by 0.0001) are not eligible to join.
- E.g. DUPR 6.001 not eligible to join.
- DUPR NR (No Rating) are considered as DUPR 3.0
- If a participant’s DUPR rating increases after registering for this tournament due to participation in other events, they are still allowed to join.
- If, within the past three months, a participant is found to have falsified, altered, or manipulated their DUPR rating, or to have owned multiple DUPR accounts, they will be immediately disqualified from the tournament.
4. Scoring Format:
*Men’s Doubles DUPR Combine 6.0, mixed Doubles DUPR Combine 6.0*
- Round robin until Quarter-final 1 match 15 points rally sudden death.
- Semi, Final & 3rd 4th Placing 1 match 21 points rally sudden death.
5. Dynamic Prize Pool
40 Teams:-
Champion: RM1000 + Medals
1st Runner Up: RM500 + Medals
2nd Runner Up: RM250 + Medals
32 Teams:-
Champion: RM800 + Medals
1st Runner Up: RM400 + Medals
2nd Runner Up: RM200 + Medals
**If the number of participating teams in a category is fewer than 24 teams, the organizer reserves the right to cancel that category.**
6. Tournament Rules :
From the Group Stage to the Finals, a referee will be present on court. Line calls are made by the receiving players. If a ball is clearly in or out, the referee has the final decision (overrule). The referee will also be responsible for calling kitchen faults.
Score:
Group Stage: The serving player must call out the score aloud before serving, and it must be confirmed by the opponent. Any score disputes must be raised at the time the score is called and cannot be disputed after the point is played.
Knockout Stage: The referee will announce the score, and players may only serve after the score has been confirmed.
Timeouts: Each team is allowed one (1) timeout of one (1) minute from the Semifinals through the Finals and 3rd/4th place match.
Hydration Breaks: Players may take a quick hydration break between any points.
Injury Timeouts: Each team is allowed one (1) medical timeout, up to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. If a player is unable to continue, it will be considered a forfeit. Medical timeout starts when the medical team arrives on site.

7. General Rules and Regulations:
- The tournament will follow the official USA Pickleball Rulebook as a guideline. However, any disputes or special situations will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Tournament Committee.
- All paddles allowed to play and no Restriction on Paddle approval.
- Dummy entries or entries indicating “and partner” will not be accepted.
- Registration form submitted without payment shall be rejected. (Kindly write down name according to player’s NRIC and event to be contested in the remark).
- The registered name of the players should strictly follow as is stated in the player’s National Registration Identity Card (NRIC). The Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject names different from that in the NRIC. There will be no refund in such cases.
- The Organizers reserve the right to cancel an event with insufficient entries or merge groups to make the event viable.
- The Organizers and General Assembly have the right to adjust the game time and venue, and the players shall not disagree.
- All decisions made by the Organizers and Tournament Director are FINAL. No protest or appeal will be entertained.
- The Organizers/Tournament Director/Referee has the absolute right to require players to present his or her original NRIC upon request.
- The Organizers will not be responsible nor held liable for any injury or death however arising from training for, during or after participation in the Tournament.
- The Organizers reserve the right to use any photographs (including those players), motion picture recordings, or any media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors anywhere in the world.

- Players shall agree to give the tournament organizer social media and motion picture rights, including permission to film players during all matches and activities around the tournament, for any commercial, news or other purposes together with the right to transfer such right, including without compensation.
- The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event at any time without prior notice to participants, in which case the organizer will make every effort to inform the players as soonest feasible prior to the date of the tournament.
- Any protests need to be submitted with RM200 and proof to the tournament organizer and director. If successful, RM200 will return, if failed RM200 will be forfeited.
8. Refund Policy
i. Refund Policy
- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
9. Change of Player Policy
i. Before Registration Closing Date
- Player changes are allowed before the official registration closing date.
- All changes must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Organizer.
- Both players’ details (Name, NRIC/Passport, Contact, DUPR ID) must be provided for verification.
ii. After Registration Closing Date (Before Tournament Day)
- Player changes are not allowed once registration has closed, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons), subject to Tournament Committee approval.
- Any approved replacement must meet the eligibility requirements (e.g. DUPR rating, age category).
iii. On Tournament Day
- No changes of player/partner are allowed on the event day.
- Any team unable to field the registered players will be considered a walkover (forfeit).
iv. Organizer’s Discretion
- The Tournament Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any request for player change.
- Decisions made by the Tournament Committee are final and binding.
10. Disputes / Complaints / Protest
- A Refundable Deposit of Malaysian Ringgit (RM) TWO HUNDRED (MYR) RM300 is required together with the Written Complaint(s) or Dispute(s) before 25 April 2026.
- Any decision by the Organizing Committee on any dispute shall be FINAL.
