❌ Cancellation Policy
• If fewer than 8 teams are registered, the event will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued
• No refunds once registration is confirmed
• If unable to attend, participants may arrange their own replacement

🔥 Match Format
We have a total of 24 teams, divided into 6 pools, with 4 teams in each pool.

🔹 Stage 1: Pool Stage (Round Robin)
• Each pool consists of 4 teams.
• Teams will compete in a round robin format within their own pool.
• After the pool stage:
• Top 1 from each pool (6 teams) will automatically qualify for the Quarterfinals.
• Seeds no.7 to no.12 will advance to the Qualification Round.

🔹 Stage 2: Qualification Round

Advancement Criteria
• Among the 3 winners, the Top 2 teams with the highest winning margin (point difference) will advance to the Quarterfinals.
• The remaining team will be eliminated.

Example:
• QR7 def QR12 → 15–9 (+6)
• QR8 def QR11 → 15–8 (+7)
• QR9 def QR10 → 15–7 (+8)

Advancing teams:
• QR9 (+8)
• QR8 (+7)

🔸 Tie-Break Rule
If two teams have the same winning margin (e.g., both +7):
• The tied teams will play an additional 11-point playoff match.
• The winner of this match will secure the Quarterfinal spot.

This ensures a fair and decisive qualification process.

🔹 Stage 3: Knockout Stage
The final 8 teams will proceed to:
• Quarterfinals
• Semi-finals
• Losing semi-finalists play the 3rd Place Match
• Final

🎯 Scoring System (Round Robin/ Qualification Round Stage)
• Rally point scoring to 15 points
• Sudden death at 14–14 (no deuce)
• Teams switch sides upon reaching 8 points

🎯 Scoring System (Quarterfinal/ Semi-Final Stage)
• Rally point scoring to 15 points with deuce (no cap)
• Teams switch sides upon reaching 8 points

🎯 Scoring System (3rd Place Match/ Final Stage)
• Rally point scoring to 11 points (no deuce)
• Best of 3

• Any disputes should be resolved through friendly communication
• If needed, the referee’s decision is final
• Match results will not submit to DUPR
• Participants must connect their DUPR account for eligibility review before registration
• Prize money is guaranteed only with full participation/ adjusted proportionally if participant numbers are insufficient
• Match format and schedule may be adjusted based on final registration numbers.
