The 1st ever hybrid indoor and outdoor pickleball tournament, in partnership with EPIC Championship Singapore.

A total of 7 divisions played over 2 days, the podium winners (ie 1st, 2nd & 3rd place) of each division wins an entry slot into EPIC World Championship Singapore, to continue their tournament experience and a chance to compete with amateur players (DUPR 3.00 to 5.00) from around the world.

Entry Requirements & Eligibility:

Each individual player can only register for the division appropriate to their Doubles DUPR rating.

A non-rated (NR) DUPR rating will be considered as 3.50.

Players must have their DUPR accounts synced to ReClub.

Match results will be recorded and submitted to DUPR.

This tournament is open to all Singapore Citizens, Residents of Singapore as well as Visitors on Short Term Visitor Pass.

Players must be at least 18 years old (born in 2008 or earlier).

Players taking part in the Super Masters (55+) division can form a team of any gender pairing but must be at least 55 years old (born in 1971 or earlier). There is no age limit or DUPR cap.


Match Format:

Teams will be seeded based on their combined DUPR ratings.

All divisions will play a Round Robin Group Stage with the top 2 pairs of each group proceeding to a Knockout Single Elimination Stage.

Group Winners are determined by the number of matches won.
If two (2) or more teams are tied, they will be resolved in the following order;

1st Tie Breaker - Comparing Overall Points Won/Loss differential
2nd Tie Breaker - Winner of the Head-to-Head match
3rd Tie Breaker - Play-off to 3 points match


Scoring Format:

Group Stages to Quarter Finals:
Rally Scoring to 15 points, sudden death at 14 points.
No timeouts and No changing of sides.
2 minutes of warm up will be allocated.

Semi-Finals to Finals:
Best of 3 Sets.
Rally Scoring to 15 points, deuce at 14 points. Win by 2 points. Sudden death at 30 points.
01 x 1 min timeout per team.
2 minutes of warm up will be allocated.


Rules, Conduct & Officiating:

The tournament will be played out in a hybrid of both indoor and outdoor courts.
Teams will be evenly scheduled to play their matches on both types of courts.

The official tournament ball is the JOOLA HC-40 and it will be used for both types of courts.

In the likelihood of bad weather, all matches will be moved indoors until it is appropriate and safe to continue play outdoors.

Teams are to register 30 minutes before the start of their division and to report to their assigned match court 10 minutes before their match or risk a walkover.

A walkover will be recorded as a loss (ie 15-0) in the Group Stage.

Group Stages to Quarter Finals:
Players will self-officiate and are responsible for line calls and accurate scoring. Officials will monitor multiple courts and may intervene when necessary.

Semi-Finals to Finals:
Appointed officials will referee and supervise these matches.
All rulings and decisions by the officials must be respected and adhered to.

In the event of any dispute or unresolved on court matters, the Tournament Director will be called upon to interpret rules, resolve disputes, adjust schedules and enforce discipline where necessary. All decisions made are final and binding.

The latest 2026 edition of the USA Pickleball (USAP) Official Rulebook will be adopted.

Players may use any USA Pickleball approved paddle that is posted on the USAP website.

Before the registration close date, substitution of up to one (1) player shall be allowed.
If both players need to be replaced, it shall be deemed as a full withdrawal and there shall be no refunds whatsoever.

Any duplication (ie double entry) of the same individual player in the same division will result in the withdrawal of one of the entries, without any refund.

All tournament registrations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or transferred across division.

If a Division has 6 or less entries, the Division shall be withdrawn, and the participants will receive full refunds.

The Tournament Organiser shall have the right to modify the Divisions and Match Format accordingly.
