Pickleball Mini-League Rules
1. Each team consists of two players who will remain together throughout the league.
2. No stacking is allowed. Players must alternate court sides and cannot consistently play on the same side.
3. Matches are played to 11 points, win by 2 (deuce applies). Each team is allowed one 1-minute timeout per match.
4. There are no gender or age restrictions. Men’s, women’s, and mixed teams may compete in the same league. Each player must have a self-rating of 2.5 or above.
5. A total of 8 teams will compete in a round-robin format.
6. Each team will play against every other team twice, for a total of 14 matches per team across two matchdays.
7. The league table will be updated in real time after each match, recording: Wins, Losses, Total Points Scored, Total Points Conceded, and Point Differential (+/-).
8. The team with the most wins will be declared the league champion. In the event of a tie, rankings will be determined by point differential. There will be no semi-finals or finals.
9. Any team that is absent for a scheduled match will receive a forfeit loss with a score of 0–11.
10. Any player involved in serious disputes, aggressive arguments, or displaying disrespectful behavior toward other participants will result in their team being immediately disqualified. All remaining matches will be recorded as forfeits with a score of 0–11.
11. In the event of disagreements or situations not covered in these rules, the decision of the tournament organizer shall be final.
12. Compete with respect. Bring sportsmanship, kindness, positivity, and supportive energy to the game. Please leave all negativity and toxic behavior behind.
13. All participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. The organizer will not be held liable for any incidents occurring during or after the competition, including injuries, illness, or loss/damage of personal property.
14. By registering for this competition, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the rules stated above.
