📋 Format and Regulations
This is an open gender (free paring tourney)
📌MD VS WD : Score starts from 0-3
📌MD VS XD : Score starts from 0-2
📌XD VS WD: Score starts from 0-2

✅ Group Stage
- 0-0-2 traditional scoring, point to 11, win by two points if deuce
- No court switching
- No timeout allowed
- Receivers’ side makes all line calls
- No referee, players have to count by own
- All dispute must be handled respectfully; Tournament director’s decision is final

✅Knock-Out Stage
- 1/16, Quarterfinals, Semi Finals, Finals & 3rd placing
- 0-0-2 traditional scoring, point to 11, win by two points if deuce
- Switch sides at 6th point
- One 1-minute timeout per team
- Receiving side makes all line calls
- No referee, players have to count by own
- All dispute must be handled respectfully; Tournament director’s decision is final

📌Eligibility
1. Combined team DUPR has to be below 6.0 (Up to max 6.099).
2. Rating will be based on the highest DUPR rating as from past 3 months up to registration date.
3. Players without a DUPR rating (NR) or reliability below 70% will be considered as DUPR 3.0
4. Combined age of both partners must be above 90 years old

🚫 Disqualification Policy
1. Players found to have multiple DUPR accounts with different ratings will be disqualified.
2. Registration fees will not be refunded for disqualified players.

📝 Registration
1. Register through the Reclub page of Pickle Pulse Club.
2. Submit the DUPR profile link to the “Captain Chat” for eligibility verification.
3. Once approved, you will be notified to make payment via Touch ‘n Go and send the receipt to the “General Chat”.
4. Any payment made before verification is non-refundable.

🕒 Tentative Schedule
09.30 - 10.00 AM : Registration + Warm Up
10:00 - 11.15 AM : Group Stage
11:15 - 12:00 PM : Knock-Out Stage
12:00 - 12:15 PM : Prize Presentation

- All registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of tournament cancellation or postponement.
- In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to all registered players.
- In the event of postponement, registered teams may opt to retain their slot for the rescheduled date or request a full refund.
- The organizer reserves the exclusive right to make final determinations regarding player eligibility, match regulations, and any modifications to the tournament details or format.
- Prize values are subject to adjustment should the total number of registered teams fall below the targeted capacity.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to compete.
- The organizer shall bear no liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. Participation is undertaken entirely at the player’s own risk.
- Players who fail to check in on time may be disqualified without refund
- All decisions made by referees and organizer are final.
