🏆 CHDL[TTTXD3.0] Beginner Mixed Doubles Tournament - DUPR ≤2.899

🎯 CHDL maintains the highest standards of fairness and commitment. To ensure integrity and consistency, all participating teams must fully comply with the eligibility criteria outlined below. If **any single criterion is not met by any player on a team, the entire team will be disqualified from the tournament. No exceptions will be made.

1. 👤 Player Eligibility
✅ Open to all players with a valid RECLUB ID that includes a clear profile photo (face only — no pets, objects, cars, group photos, or animations).

🔗 RECLUB accounts must be synced to an active DUPR account.

🚫 Players with fake or duplicate accounts are prohibited.

🏅 Players with any prior tournament podium wins during registration are not eligible. (Exclude mini tournament with total prize pool below RM500)

2. 📊 DUPR Rating Criteria
📅 DUPR will be based on the highest rating recorded from 1st March 2026 up to the date of registration. So any DUPR ratings increase after registration will be ignored.

📉 Only players with DUPR range From 2.00 to 2.899 and ≥30% reliability are eligible.

❌ Players with No Rating (NR) is eligible with reclub activity is above 25 sessions. Other wise N/R is not eligible.

🚫 No exceptions.

✅ Matches will be submitted to DUPR.

3. ⏰ General Rules
🕧 Players must register at least 30 minutes before the tournament begins.

🕔 Players must report at least 5 minutes before their match starts. Late arrivals may result in a walkover.

4. 💰 Registration & Payment
💵 Entry Fee: RM90 per team.

💰 Only make payment when you are in confirm list.

📤 Upload your payment receipt in the general chat to confirm your slot.

✅ Entry is only confirmed once payment is received and players are verified.

🎯 Maximum 20 teams — First paid, first served.

5. 🏅 Prizes
🥇 Champion: RM388 cash
🥈 1st Runner-Up: RM238 cash
🥉 2nd Runner-Up: RM188 cash

* The Prizes schedule will be revised according to total register participants on the event day. For example:
10 teams = 50% of the pool
16 teams = 80% of the pool
and so on...

6. 🎮 Tournament Format
🔢 20 teams will be randomly divided into 4 groups of 5.

🌀 Group Stage: Round-robin
🎯 13 rally points per match
⚡ Sudden Death
🚀 Top 2 teams from each group will advance to Quarterfinals

🏁 Quarterfinals: 15 rally points,
⚡ Sudden Death

🏁 SemiFinals, 3rd Place & Finals: 21 rally points,
⚡ Sudden Death

7. 📢 Declarations
❗ The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament if participation is insufficient.

💸 In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided to all confirmed teams.

🚫 Registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or postponed.

💼 Prize structure may be adjusted if the final registration count is lower than expected.

🛠️ The committee reserves the right to amend the terms to ensure the success of the event.

❗ All decisions of the committee are final.

8. 🛑 Waiver of Claims
By entering this tournament, all players agree to waive any claims against the Organizing Committee for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or travel. This waiver extends to the player's heirs, administrators, and legal representatives. ⚠️ The committee accepts no liability for incidents before, during, or after the tournament.
