🎯 Tournament Objective:
This tournament is organised to foster competitive play in a fair environment, while keeping the atmosphere fun, full of joy, laughter, and community spirit.
Beyond winning, the goal is to build friendships, enjoy great rallies, and grow together as a sporting community.

*Eligibility Rules:*
* Must be a Dinkelusion Re-Club Member.
* with DUPR 3.199 & below
* NR is allowed, player with more than 1 DUPR account is not allowed
* Players with more than one DUPR account are strictly not permitted.
* Players who have achieved any podium finish (1st place) in a recognised tournament (big event) are not eligible to participate. (Consideration for interclub,friendly match or mini tourney)
* Players with 2nd or 3rd place finishes involving more than sixteen (16) teams may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Organisers. Such decisions shall be final.
* For the purposes of these eligibility criteria, club or inter-club tournaments limited to sixteen (16) teams or fewer are not considered recognised tournaments. Podium finishers for these tournaments are eligible to participate.etc; interclub ,friendly match or mini tourney.
* Podium history (If any, only 1 player in each team is allowed and to be considered)
*NOVICE Eligibility Requirements:*
* Skill Rating: Maximum individual DUPR rating of 3.199 or below, depending on the organizer.
* Combined Rating: combined team DUPR cap (e.g., 5.99)
* Ideally for those who have never won a previous novice tournament .
All decisions by the Organisers are final.
*Tournament Rules & Match Format:*
Round Robin Scoring: Rally to 15 points (Sudden Death: At 14–14, next point wins)
Knock out Stage Scoring: Rally 15 points (Sudden Death: At 14–14, next point wins)(bracket)(playoff)

Final match : Rally 21 (Sudden Death: at 20-20, next point wins)

"Advance qualification points- base on reclub calculation system." The result is final.
*Refree/Umpire's decision is final*
• Before the game starts, the Refree/Umpire will make sure that all players are ready by asking "Ready" to each team.
• Serving team must state their Point/score before serving . Refree/Umpire will make sure that the point/score is tally/correct.
• "Fault" from the Refree/Umpire, the game must be stop and the Refree/umpire will explain the status of the game. (Foot fault/2nd bounce/serve)
• Court switch side after the 7th (R15) / 11th (R21) point

• "Nasty Nelson" is not recommended in this tournament, it is to ensure "fair" and integrity game play.
• The use of alcoholic beverages is not allowed during the competition session. This is to prevent something bad from happening due to immoral behavior.
• Provocation/insults through speech/body language are not allowed at all.
• Official US Pickleball rules will be followed. Example: If the ball hits the roof/light, a point will be awarded to the opponent. If the serve hits the net and still lands on the correct service court, the rally will continue (legal service).
• The receiver has the right to decide if the ball is in/out. (receiver call)
• In the event of a dispute, a replay will be recommended.
• Let’s play with integrity and good sportsmanship — respect your opponents, respect the calls, and keep the game enjoyable for everyone.

• The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to insufficient registrations (full refund will be issued).
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
• Prize structure may be adjusted if necessary.
• The Organizer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the event. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
• The Organizer may modify the event rules or format if necessary.
Standard Rules: Matches follow the USA Pickleball Rulebook, except where modified based on the final tournament regulations
