08:30am - parking gate and gym open for warm up
09:00am - announcements/captain meeting
09:15am - first matches begin
04:00pm - end (out the gym)

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
- male players minimum 35 years of age to play
- female players minimum 30 years of age to play
- host reserves the right to check identification 😝
- minimum one (1) woman on the court during play
- single bracket
- pool play matches are to 21pts, cap 21pts.
- every team makes playoffs
- playoffs are single elimination best of 3 sets

~ all other positions must rotate
~ maintain serving order
~ players waiting for next match must help scorekeep, assign 2 line judges and officiate as middle ref

~ free agent teams are accepted but host is not in charge of assembling the roster

OFFICIATING:
~ players waiting for next match will be assigned to score-keep, assign 2 line judges and 1 (one) officiate as middle ref.
~ line judges will call foot fault if server steps on or over the serving line
~ during playoffs, teams that do not advance to the next round will be asked to officiate one more match before leaving.

All players attending must display good sportsmanship. Any unsportsmanlike conduct including excessive arguing with ref calls, taunting, bullying, etc. will not be tolerated. Host may warn the first time but continued unruly behavior are grounds for ejection and/or team disqualification.
