Hey All. Good news for everyone. Pickle Belly just passed 500 members!!! Kudos and Thank you all. To celebrate this achievement, we will be hosting our first ever mini tournament, just for Pickle Belly members (and their friends as well).

Date : 10 May 2026 (Sunday)
Time : 3pm - 6pm (3 hours)
Venue : Hyprground S19, PJ
Fee : RM100/team

Notice:
This tournament is an exclusive arrangement for Pickle Belly members ONLY. However, their partner can invite their friends from non-Pickle Belly member. Objective of this arrangement is to provide safe, fair and friendly platform for members/players to gain competition experience, build confidence along the way and most importantly enjoy the game with your partner.

Requirements:
1. Teams
- 10 Teams (2 players each team)
- ONE player MUST BE from Pickle Belly club. Partner can be from non Pickle Belly club.
- Any players are welcome. As long as you fulfill the dupr rating criteria.

2. DUPR RATINGS.
- Men's Doubles (combined total <5.700)
- Mixed Doubles (combined total <6.000)
- Women's Doubles (combined total <6.300)
*Individual dupr rating must be <3.300*

3. DUPR & RECLUB Account Integrity Rules
- No DUPR Submission
- Player rating is as at during registration.
- If a Fake or Duplicate account is detected, the entire team will be disqualified immediately - no substitutions, no changes and no refund.
- It's a mini tournament, so just keep it simple, honest and fair.

4. Scoring Format
- Group Stage: 15-points rally scoring (sudden death at 14-14).
- Semi Finals: 21-points rally scoring (sudden death at 20-20).
- Finals & 3rd Place: Best of 3 games at 15-points rally scoring (sudden death at 14-14)
*Organizer may change format based on time availability*

5. Fees
- RM100 per team.
- One payment per team (no separate payments).
- Payment to Quay Kim Teck 0173769097 (TNG).
- Please send payment receipt in the discussion chat after payment.

6. Registration confirmation
- First-pay, First-served basis.
- Only fully paid teams are confirmed to play.
- Pending teams remain unconfirmed until payment is completed.

7. Prizes
🥇Champion - RM300 cash
🥈1st runner up - RM150 cash
🥉2nd runner up - RM80 cash

8. Grouping & Competition Format
- 5 teams per group. 2 groups total.
- Round Robin in Group Stage.
- Top 2 teams from each group advanced to Semi final, followed by 3rd place and Finals.

9. Warm up
- First Match: 2 minutes warm up allowed
- Subsequent matches: 1 minute warm up.

10. Forfeited Matches.
- If a player is injured mid-match, the current score stands.
- If a player injured before the match started, the winning team will earn max point.
- If a player fails to show up (walk over), the winning team will earn max point. (Late 15 minutes)

11. Photos & Videos Notice
- By joining this session, you agree that photos and videos taken during the game may be used for our club's social media and promotional content.
- All game will be recorded and will be uploaded to YouTube.
