⭕All participants must:
- Register via Google Form, we will invite you to RECLUB once confirmed.
- Open only for "The Lobster" club members.
- Exclusive Eligibility: Participation is strictly limited to The Lobster Club members who have attended at least one (1) previous Lobster gameplay session.
- Open to participants aged 19 and above only.
- Team Rating Cap: The combined DUPR rating of both players in a team must not exceed 6.000.
- ​Individual Rating Limit: An individual player’s DUPR rating must not exceed 3.500.
- ​Unrated Players (NR): Players without an established DUPR rating (marked as "NR") will be assigned a provisional rating of 3.000 for team verification.
- ​​Previous Podium Winners: Any player who has placed on a podium (Champion, 2nd, or 3rd) in a tournament where the Champion's CASH prize was RM 800 or above is not eligible to participate. (This restriction applies regardless of the specific prize you received for your 2nd or 3rd placing; eligibility is determined by the top prize value of that tournament.)
- DUPR rating must remain valid at time of registration.
- DUPR rating are for registration purpose only.
- Matches won't be submitted in DUPR.
- All Reclub account profile pictures must be a clear personal photo with the user’s face visible. (Images of AI, pets, vehicles, or environmental scenes are not allowed)
- The organizer reserve the absolute right to filter or decline participants based on attitude, sportsmanship, and DUPR rating to ensure a fair and positive environment for all members.

‼️Immediate disqualification (no refund) if:
- Players use dual or fake RECLUB/DUPR accounts.
- Players switch partners after registration without approval.
- Players do not show up on time (Grace period: 10 minutes).

📅Tournament Day Guidelines
- Please check-in with your partner 30 minutes before the tournament starts.
- Identification document (i.e. NRIC or Passport) must be presented during check-in for verification purposes. A waiver form must be signed as well.
- Report to your assigned courts promptly.
- Team who do not report to court after a grace period of 5 min. Will walkover with a score of 5-0.
- Participants must wear proper sporting attire and non-marking court shoes. Slippers, flip-flops or sandals are not allowed on the courts.
- All matches are self-officiated. Line calls made by receivers.
- Disputes should be settled respectfully, or replay the point.
- Only valid disputes regarding score discrepancies or rule violations will be considered, and no retrospective challenges will be entertained.
- All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and abide by the tournament rules.
- Misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, or violation of event code of conduct may result in disqualification.

📸 Capturing the Magic
We love documenting the energy on the court! By joining us, you agree to let the Club capture photos and videos of your gameplay for promotional and marketing use. Our goal is to catch those precious high-action moments and smiles, ensuring every player walks away with great memories of the day.

​⏱️ Game Flow & Medical
- ​No Timeouts: Regular tactical timeouts are not permitted.
- ​Injury Policy: Players are allowed one medical timeout of up to 5 minutes per incident.

🚨Health and Safety
- While the Event Organiser will ensure a safe and well-organised environment, participants are expected to be responsible for their own health and fitness to compete in the tournament.
- By participating, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with pickleball and agree not to hold the Organiser or its organising committee liable for any injuries sustained during the event.
- Players must monitor their own physical condition and stop play immediately if they feel unwell.

🔵Tournament Format
Group Stage:
- 16 teams (WD) will be split into 4 groups (4 teams/group)
- Round robin format in the group stage.
Matches are played to 13 points (sudden death).
- Top 2 teams from each group (Total 8 teams) will advance to quarter finals leading to the finals.
