‼️Important Rules for Men’s Singles <4.099 Intermediate+ Category‼️ (Please read before you proceed with registration)

DUPR Eligibility✔️:
• Players’ DUPR will be based on the highest rating recorded since 1/3/26.
• Players must submit their DUPR profile link to General Chat. Once verified & approved, you will receive confirmation text, by then you may proceed to make payment for securing the slot.
• Players who has a DUPR rating of 4.0 & below. (DUPR rating has decimal, so 4.0 covers everything from 4.001-4.099)
• No Rating is ALLOWED to join this tournament.
• Players found using multiple DUPR accounts with different ratings OR creating fake matches will be disqualified, and registration fees will not be refunded.

Podium winners Eligibility✔️:
• Players who have previously won a higher level (example <4.5 singles) or OPEN category tournament are NOT eligible. (Excluded wins from doubles, fewer than 10 players, total cash prize pool less than RM100, private access event, team-based event.)

General Rules 📝:
• Players must register at 7.30pm at the venue and report to their designated courts on time. A 10-minute late arrival results in a forfeit (no-show).
• Open to all age players with Reclub ID (a clear picture of yours for identification, not animation / pets / objects /cars / or group photos) that sync to a DUPR account.
• Organizer reserves the right to verify or disqualify ineligible players.
• Matches will be submitted to DUPR.


Payment & register ®️ :
1. After registering, please submit your DUPR profile LINK (we take in highest rating recorded since 1/3/26) to GENERAL CHAT for verification.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a notification to proceed with payment (payment by TNG, bank transfer is not recommended).
3. Registration fees is RM150 per player. Please send payment receipt to GENERAL CHAT.
4. Payment by TNGO only : 0167777712 Lee Jia Ji.
5. Any payment made before verification is non-refundable, if you are not eligible, you will need to find a replacement to take over.

Prize for 31-36 confirmed player💰:
Champion- 1 x FRANKLIN C45 DYNASTY PADDLE (worth RM1059)+ RM100 cash+ medal
1st runner up- 1 x FRANKLIN T-shirt (worth RM149) + RM400 cash + medal
2nd runner up- 3 x FRANKLIN BALLS (worth RM45) + RM200 cash + medal

💰 If the number of confirmed players is below target:
For 24-30 confirmed player:
Champion- 1 x FRANKLIN C45 DYNASTY PADDLE (worth RM1059) + medal (no cash prize)
1st runner up- 1 x FRANKLIN T-shirt (worth RM149) + RM250 cash + medal
2nd runner up- 3 x FRANKLIN BALLS (worth RM45) + RM150 cash + medal


Tournament Format (Quick Overview):
• If based on 24 players, players divided into 4 groups of 6 players randomly.
• Top 2 players from each group will advance to Quarterfinals (total 8 players).
• If based on 36 players, players divided into 6 groups of 6 players randomly.
• Top 2 players from each group will advance to next stage (total 12 players). Among the 12 players, top 4 seeded players will advance to Quarterfinals, bottom 8 seeded players will play one more match to qualify for Quaterfinals.

• Group stage: Round-robin, 13 rally points, sudden death, no serve to win.
****Seeding is based on: Games won -> Head to head win -> Point difference.****
• Quarterfinals: 13 rally points, serve to win at 14-14.
• Semifinals, 3rd place & Finals: 15 rally points, serve to win at 14-14.
🪧 For SF, 3rd Place, Final, matches will be played on Grand Stand Court, depending on weather conditions.

Declaration‼️:
1. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event if there are not enough participants.
2. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided to all registered teams.
3. If the event is postponed, registered teams can choose to either retain their slot for the new date or request a full refund.
4. Registration fees is NOT refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
5. Prizes may be adjusted if total registrations are below than the targeted number of teams.
6. All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play.
7. The organizer will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tournament.
8. Please take care of your personal belongings — the organizer is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
9. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules and format if necessary.
