🚨MINI TOURNEY FORMAT:
Group Stage:
- Round-robin format
- Matches follow standard tennis scoring
- Played as Best of 4 Games
- Golden Point applied (No Deuce)

Semifinals:
- Matches follow standard tennis scoring
- Played as First to 4 Games
- Golden Point applied (No Deuce)

Finals:
- Matches follow standard tennis scoring
- Played as First to 6 Games
- Golden Point applied (No Deuce)

👬 PLAYER QUALIFICATION:
❌ Certified coaches and professional athletes are not eligible to participate.
❌ Players who have won any Bronze or Silver tournaments are not eligible.
❌ Players who have been finalists in Lower Bronze tournaments are not eligible.
❌ Players who have won Lower Bronze tournaments are not eligible.
✅ Players who never participated in any level of tournament are welcome
✅ Main Qualification: Partipants must have previously joined a coaching session or game session at Mengayun Padel Club in order to be eligible for this tournament

📝 REGISTRATION PROCESS:
1. Register your team on Reclub (must use a valid personal account; reservations are not allowed). Any participant found using a fake account or committing any form of fraud—whether discovered on the event day or earlier—will be disqualified without refund.
2. Player verification by the host.
3. Payment – Participants will receive a confirmation message from the host with payment instructions.
4. Join the WhatsApp group.
5. Appeal Period - This period is valid until April 11, 2026. All appeals must be supported with strong and valid evidence. Appeals will not be accepted on the event day.
6. Final confirmation.

- ❌ NO CANCELATION within 48 hours prior to the event
- 💵 All payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE
- As this is a mini tournament, strict punctuality applies. A delay of more than 5 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the match will be awarded to the opposing team.
