DUPR Eligibility: DUPR combined below 6.5 upon registration (Anything more than 6.51 is ineligible) maximum DUPR is 3.559 for player.

If a player's partner has No Rated (R) in DUPR, the team's maximum allowable rating is 3.300.

To ensure fair and competitive games:
✔ Players with DUPR reliability below 70% will be treated as NR.
✔ Players below 60% may be reviewed or adjusted by organizer
✔ Organizer reserves the right to reject or amend entries to maintain fairness

Matches will NOT be submitted to DUPR.

Format:

Total Teams : 20
Teams will be randomly divided into 4 groups of 5.
Each team plays 4 round-robin matches.

Group Stage:

Format: Round-robin

Scoring: 15 rally points, sudden death

Qualification:

Top 2 teams from each group advance to the knockout stage (8 teams total).

Knockout Stage:

Quarterfinals : 15 rally points, sudden death

Semifinals: 15 rally points, sudden death.

3rd Place Match: 21 rally points, sudden death.

Finals: 31 rally points, sudden death.

Rules & Conduct
- Self-officiated; receivers call lines and faults.
- The hosts may make a final call if they have a clear view.
- No timeouts
- The host reserves the right to remove or ban any player for rule violations or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Prizes:

1st Place: RM350 cash + Reclub Trophy
2nd Place: RM250 cash + Reclub Trophy
3rd Place: RM 150 cash + Reclub Trophy

Refund Policy:

No refunds or cancellations once payment is made.
No-shows are non-refundable.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
