👨 Male Participants• Strictly for NON-medalists of any local or overseas pickleball competitions.

👩 Female Participants• No restrictions on past medal achievements.

📌 NR (Non-Rated) Players• Acceptance of NR players will be subject to the organizers’ discretion.• Players who have previously joined DBC social games and believe they meet the eligibility requirements may apply.• NR players who have not previously played at DBC social games are encouraged to unlock their DUPR rating before signing up.

1. Weather & Event Changes

In the event of rain, hazardous weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, The Dinkback Crew reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, suspend, or cancel the event at its sole discretion. Any decision regarding refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall also be determined solely by the organizers.

2. Injury & Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury. By participating, all players agree that any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event is entirely at their own risk. The Dinkback Crew, its organizers, staff, sponsors, venue partners, and officials shall not be held liable for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event.

3. Medical Fitness & Emergency Assistance

Participants confirm that they are medically fit and physically capable of participating in the tournament. In the event of a medical emergency, participants authorize the organizers to seek medical assistance on their behalf. Any medical expenses incurred shall be borne solely by the participant.

4. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to the venue.

5. Fair Play & Sportsmanship

All participants are expected to compete fairly and uphold good sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Any form of cheating, abusive conduct, manipulation of rules, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in warnings, point penalties, disqualification, or removal from the event at the organizers’ discretion.

6. Final Decision

All decisions made by tournament officials and organizers are final and binding. Any dispute or protest must be submitted respectfully within fifteen (15) minutes from the conclusion of the match in question.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to treat fellow players, officials, staff, and spectators with respect at all times. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behaviour (whether verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the venue.

8. Eligibility & Substitutions

All participants must meet the eligibility requirements stated for the event category. Any substitutions or replacement players must be declared and approved by the organizers prior to the start of the tournament.

9. Match Attendance & Punctuality

Teams must report and be ready for their scheduled matches on time. Teams that fail to appear within five (5) minutes of the scheduled match time may be subject to a walkover or forfeiture at the discretion of the organizers.

10. Media & Photography Consent

By participating in the event, participants grant The Dinkback Crew permission to use photographs, videos, livestream footage, and other media captured during the tournament for promotional, marketing, social media, and archival purposes without compensation.

11. Rule Acknowledgement

By registering for the tournament, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all tournament rules, regulations, and policies set by The Dinkback Crew.

12. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable once participation has been confirmed.

Replacement players or team substitutions may be allowed subject to eligibility requirements and approval by the organizers.

13. Acknowledgement & Agreement

By completing and submitting the registration form, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions and consent to be bound by them.

14. Registration Acceptance

All registrations are subject to review and approval by The Dinkback Crew organizers. The organizers reserve the right to reject or remove any team from participation at their sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a team is assessed to have exceeded the intended skill level or spirit of the event (“buaya” teams).

15. DUPR Submission & Account Integrity

All matches played during the tournament will be submitted to DUPR.

Participants are required to use their legitimate and active DUPR account for registration and match submission purposes. Any player found to be operating, using, or intentionally concealing multiple or duplicate DUPR accounts may be subject to investigation by the organizers.

The Dinkback Crew reserves the right to disqualify any player or team suspected of manipulating ratings, misrepresenting skill levels, or using duplicate accounts to gain an unfair competitive advantage. Such teams may forfeit all match results, prizes, rankings, and future eligibility for DBC events, with no refund provided.

Any confirmed cases may also be formally reported to DUPR for further review and action.
