Line calls will be made by the receiving team. In the event of any dispute, players are encouraged to resolve the matter with the referee or replay the point. If no resolution can be reached, the Tournament Director will make the final decision.\n\n• In the event of a dispute on the final point of any knockout round match, where no official has witnessed the incident and players are unable to resolve the matter, the Tournament Director may require the point to be replayed.\n\n• Start from Round 16 until Final: A referee will be assigned to keep and announce the score, as well as call kitchen faults. All other line calls will be made by the receiving players.\n\n• Time-Out: Each team is entitled to one (1) timeout of one (1) minute from the Semi-Finals onwards, including the Final and 3rd\u002F4th placing match.\n\n• Hydration Break: Players are allowed a quick hydration break between points.\n\n• Injury Timeout: Each team is entitled to one (1) medical timeout of up to fifteen (15) minutes. If a player is unable to continue after the timeout, the match will be considered a forfeit. The medical timeout officially begins once the medical team arrives on site.\n\n• The serving team must call out the score loudly before serving, and the score must be acknowledged by the receiving team. Any dispute regarding the score must be raised immediately when the score is called, and not after the point has been played or completed.\n\n🎯Change of Player Policy\ni. Before Registration Closing Date\n• Player changes are allowed before the official registration closing date.\n\nii. After Registration Closing Date (Before Tournament Day)\n• Player changes are not allowed once registration has closed, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons), subject to Tournament Committee approval.\n• Any approved replacement must meet the eligibility requirements (e.g. DUPR rating, age category).\n\niii. On Tournament Day\n• No changes of player\u002Fpartner are allowed on the event day.\n• Any team unable to field the registered players will be considered a walkover (forfeit).\n\niv.
