Beginner Category – Eligibility Criteria

* Players who participate in padel recreationally within a community setting and are not professional players.
* Have never finished as a finalist (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) in any Beginner category tournament.
* Have never achieved 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in any Lower Bronze or higher-level padel tournament.
* Are not coaches in any racket sport.
* Are not former or active racket sport athletes who have won tournaments at the city, provincial, national, or international level.
* Subject to screening by Reclub representatives based on playing history and tournament records.

Additional Eligibility Verification

* Between **June 9, 2026 and July 10, 2026**, if any registered player achieves **1st, 2nd, or 3rd place** in a Beginner category tournament or any higher-level tournament, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to re-evaluate the player's eligibility.
* Following verification, the Organizing Committee may disqualify the player from the Beginner Category.
* In such cases, the affected team may remain in the tournament by replacing the disqualified player with an eligible substitute, subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants at any time.

All decisions made by the Organizing Committee are final and binding.

To keep the competition fair and balanced, all players will be reviewed and screened by the organizing committee.

The committee has the right to reject or remove any participant who does not match the criteria.

⏰ Match Attendance Policy

Players who are 10 minutes late for their scheduled match will be subject to disqualification.
Please ensure punctuality to maintain tournament flow and fairness for all participants.
