Our goal is to help each student improve at their own pace while developing discipline, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for an active lifestyle.\n\nBeginner-Level Description\n\nThe AST Beginner Program is ideal for students with little or no tennis experience. Players will learn how to hold the racket, control the ball, move efficiently on court, and perform basic forehand, backhand, volley, and serve movements.\n\nIntermediate-Level Description\n\nThe AST Intermediate Program is for students who already understand basic tennis strokes and can rally consistently. Training focuses on improving stroke technique, footwork, consistency, directional control, serving, returning, and basic match play.\n\nPlayers will also learn simple tactics, scoring, court positioning, and how to compete with good sportsmanship.\n\n\nCoach JR Moreno and His Coaching Team\n\nLed by Coach John Rey “JR” Moreno, a respected Philippine tennis coach with over 20 years of competitive and coaching experience, the team develops players from beginner levels to high-level competition.
