One Family.”\n\nPurpose:\nKitchen Nomads Pickleball Club is a community of pickleball players who come together to play, share, support, and build friendships both on and off the court.\n\n1. RESPECT & SPORTSMANSHIP\n\n•\tTreat all members, guests, opponents, and organizers with respect.\n\n•\tNo bullying, harassment, insults, discrimination, or unnecessary arguments.\n\n•\tPlay fairly and maintain good sportsmanship—win or lose, respect the game.\n\n•\tDisagreements should be settled calmly and privately whenever possible.\n\n2. COURT RENTAL SHARING\n\n•\tMembers may coordinate and share court rentals through the club group chat.\n\n•\tMembers who confirm their participation should honor their commitment or inform the organizer as early as possible.\n\n•\tCourt fees and other agreed expenses should be settled on time.\n\n•\tBe considerate of other players' playing time and follow the agreed rotation.\n\n3. VEHICLE \u002F TRAVEL PITCH-IN\n\n•\tFor tournaments, group plays, and club trips, members may arrange vehicle pitch-ins.\n\n•\tContributions should be agreed upon beforehand and shared fairly among participants.\n\n•\tDrivers and vehicle owners should not be pressured to provide transportation.\n\n•\tEveryone joining a trip is expected to respect the vehicle, driver, and other passengers.\n\n4. GROUP CHAT\n\nThe Kitchen Nomads group chat is for:\n\n•\tCourt schedules and play arrangements\n\n•\tTournament announcements\n\n•\tClub activities and trips\n\n•\tImportant updates\n\n•\tSharing pickleball-related information and experiences\n\nPlease avoid unnecessary arguments, spam, offensive content, or posts unrelated to the club.\n\n5. FACEBOOK GROUP & OFFICIAL PAGE\n\nThe Private Facebook Group may be used for:\n\n•\tLive videos\n\n•\tPhotos and videos from games\n\n•\tClub activities\n\n•\tMember achievements\n\n•\tAnnouncements and discussions\n\nThe Kitchen Nomads Official Facebook Page is managed by designated Page Managers for official club announcements, features, achievements, and activities.\n\n6. PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY\n\nPhotos and videos taken during Kitchen Nomads activities may be shared in the group chat, private Facebook group, or official Facebook page for documentation, memories, and club-related purposes.\n\nIf a member does not want their photo or video uploaded or shared, they may simply approach any Kitchen Nomads Page Manager\u002FAdmin and request that it not be posted or be removed.\n\nWe ask everyone to respect each other's preferences.\n\n7. TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION\n\n•\tMembers are encouraged to join tournaments and represent the club proudly.\n\n•\tMembers participating under the Kitchen Nomads name should observe proper sportsmanship.\n\n•\tTournament results—whether a win, loss, or learning experience—are celebrated as part of the club's growth.\n\n•\tSupporting fellow Kitchen Nomads players is strongly encouraged.\n\n8. CLUB SUPPORT & CAMARADERIE\n\nWe support each other.\n\nMembers are encouraged to:\n\n•\tCheer for fellow players.\n\n•\tShare opportunities and information.\n\n•\tHelp beginners learn the game.\n\n•\tCelebrate each other's achievements.\n\n•\tSupport members during tournaments and club activities.\n\nNo member should feel left out.\n\n9. CLUB REPRESENTATION\n\nWhen wearing the Kitchen Nomads uniform, displaying the club banner, or representing the club in an event, members are expected to uphold the club's values of:\n\nRespect • Sportsmanship • Friendship • Teamwork • Support\n\n10. MEMBERSHIP & CLUB PARTICIPATION\n\n•\tMembership is voluntary.\n\n•\tMembers are expected to follow these basic rules and policies.\n\n•\tThe club may address repeated behavior that negatively affects the group.\n\n•\tSerious or repeated violations may result in a warning, temporary restriction, or removal from club activities\u002Fgroup spaces, subject to the decision of the club administrators.\n\n11.
