Reservation & Payment\n\nSlots are confirmed only after payment.\nPlease make sure you are certain of your availability before booking.\n\nOnce payment has been made, your reserved slot is considered confirmed and committed.\n\n2. Cancellation & Refund Policy\n\nNo refunds within 12 hours before game time.\n\nIf you can no longer attend, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player before the game.\nPlease inform the organizer once your slot has been transferred and provide the new player's name.\n\nRefunds may be considered for cancellations made more than 12 hours before game time, subject to the organizer’s approval.\n\n3. Game Rules\n\nGames will follow the agreed scoring format and rotation system.\n\nGames will follow a win-win, loss-loss rotation basis, as announced by the organizer.\n\nPlayers must follow the organizer’s instructions regarding court rotation and game assignments.\n\nLine calls should always be made fairly and honestly.\n\n4. ⚡ SUDDEN DEATH RULE\n\nIf the score reaches 10–10, there will be NO DEUCE.\n\nThe next point wins the game.\nThe winning point remains 11 and does not increase to 12.\n\nThis rule is implemented to keep games moving efficiently and reduce player queuing and waiting time.\n\n5. Punctuality\n\nPlayers are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled game.\nLate arrival may shorten your playing time and will not automatically extend the session.\n\nPlease respect the scheduled playing time of all players.\n\n6. Game Etiquette\n\nRespect fellow players, organizers, and court facilities.\nNo foul language, unnecessary arguments, or disrespectful behavior.\n\nKeep the game friendly, positive, and welcoming.\nAvoid unnecessary delays between games.\n\n7. Court, Equipment & Amenities\n\nUse the court and equipment responsibly.\nPlayers are responsible for their personal belongings.\nReturn borrowed equipment after use.\n\nPlease keep the playing area clean and organized.\n\n💧 Free drinking water is provided during the session. Please bring your own tumbler or water bottle for convenience.\n\n8. Sportsmanship\n\nPlay fairly and honestly.\nRespect line calls and avoid unnecessary disputes.\nEncourage fellow players regardless of skill level.\n\nCompetitive games are welcome, but good sportsmanship always comes first. 🤍\n\n9.
