With 25 players across 2 courts, staying organized is key to ensuring everyone gets maximum playtime and zero frustration. To keep things fair and fast-moving, we are implementing a structured, officer-managed rotation system.

👮 Dedicated Session Officers

At the start of each session, 2 to 3 designated officers will step off the courts to manage the flow instead of playing continuously:
1 or 2 Queue Managers: Responsible for overseeing the paddle stacking station and calling up the next flight of players when a court opens.

1 Buffer Officer: Assists with the rotation, handles any on-court concerns, and acts as a fill-in player when needed to keep the system running smoothly.

🏓 Paddle Stacking Rules (The System)
To ensure total fairness, we follow a strict Paddle Queue system. Please respect the following guidelines:

No Paddle, No Queue: You must physically place your paddle in the stack to secure your spot in line.

Finish & Re-stack: The moment your game ends, immediately walk over and place your paddle at the back of the queue if you want to play again.

Strict Order of Play: Player rotation is determined solely by the order of paddles in the stack.

Respect the Line (Alang Sisingit!): Absolutely no cutting or moving paddles around. Any changes to the queue must be approved by an officer.

Rematch Policy: Rematches are permitted only if agreed upon, but they are strictly limited to a maximum of 3 consecutive games to prevent court hogging.

Let's keep the games competitive, the rotation smooth, and the vibes positive. Thank you for cooperating with our session officers! 🙌
