๐ Community Guidelines
To keep things fun, fair, and inclusive, please take note of the following:
1. โณ Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before game time must be paid, unless you find a replacement (if no one is on the waitlist).
2. ๐ Waitlist System
If a session is full, you may add your name to the waitlist (first-come, first-served).
โค When bumped in, please confirm promptly. If you canโt make it, inform the admin so the next player can be added or a replacement found.
3. ๐ค Respect & Kindness
Always be respectful, inclusive, and friendly โ both on and off the court.
4. ๐ Playing Level Transparency
Be honest about your level so we can keep matches balanced and enjoyable for everyone.
5. ๐ข Feedback & Issues
Got a concern? Please message the admin privately. We're here to keep things smooth and fair.
6. ๐ซ Misconduct
Any form of disrespect, aggression, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group and future sessions.
7. ๐ Be On Time
Arrive on time to ensure smooth rotations and full game time for all.
8. ๐งผ Court Courtesy
Keep the court clean and be mindful of fair rotation. We all share the space.
