Good day, everyone!
How are you today? We hope you’re all doing great!
First of all, we want to praise God for our growing Pickleball community! 🎉🏓 Our community is getting bigger and bigger, and we’re so thankful for everyone who continues to join, play, and enjoy the sport with us.
As our community continues to grow, we also want to become more organized with our games and schedules.
Since we currently have only one court, we cannot accommodate everyone at the same time. To make sure everyone gets a fair chance to play, practice, and enjoy the games, we will now implement a scheduled and organized Open Play system.
🏓 BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE PLAYERS
We will separate our players into Beginner and Intermediate groups. If you have not yet been rated by DUPR, please do a self-rating for now.
This will help everyone practice, improve, and enjoy games with players of a similar skill level.
However, no worries, beginners! We know that some of you also want to play with intermediate players to improve your skills. We will also have Open Play schedules where all players can play together, so everyone will still have opportunities to play with different skill levels.
💰 OPEN PLAY & COURT CONTRIBUTION
Our goal is to have fun, build friendships, and enjoy fellowship—not to operate this as a business. For this reason, for now, we will only ask for a minimum contribution to help cover electricity and support future court improvements and the availability of additional courts.
Since we currently have only one court, court rental will only be available when there are no players scheduled for Open Play.
We are also praying that, in the future, we can have more courts in our basketball area. 🙏

How to join:
Request to join the Open Play here in Reclub.
Send the payment through GCash.
Send/upload your payment receipt in the Reclub chat.
I will confirm your slot once payment is verified.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES FOR reClub OPEN PLAY
Please take note of the following:
• After requesting to join our Open Play, you will initially be placed on “Waitlisted” status.
• Please send your contribution via GCash and upload the receipt in the Payment tab. Once your contribution has been verified, we will move you from “Waitlisted” to “Confirmed.”
• Only players on the “Confirmed” list can join the Open Play.
• Only 12 players will be allowed per Open Play session because of our limited number of courts.
• If you have friends who don't have reClub, please add them as a +1 when registering.
• If you know that you won’t be able to attend, please remove your name from the list as soon as possible so that someone else can use your slot.
🗓️ COURT AVAILABILITY
For now, our court is available during the following times:
Monday: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Tuesday: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Thursday: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 5:00 PM-10:00 AM
Just a reminder: If the court is not available, it means that we have a scheduled fellowship or event at the venue. Please check the reClub app for the latest updates and court availability.
✝️ OUR MAIN PRIORITY
While we love pickleball and want to improve our skills, our greatest priority is to know and love God and to live for His glory. ❤️
As part of our Open Play sessions, we will have a 5–10 minute Bible sharing. If there is a Christian player in the group, they will have the opportunity to share a short message from the Word of God.
We believe that knowing and loving God helps us live passionately and ultimately for His global glory. 🌎✝️
As Pickleball Outreach reminds us:
