Hi, Green Fam!!!
To keep our Reclub Open Play sessions organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following guidelines:
👥 Player Capacity
* 2 Hours — Maximum of 16 players
* 3 Hours — Maximum of 22 players
* 4 Hours — Maximum of 24 players
⏳ Waitlisted Players
* Waitlisted players are NOT allowed to play unless they are officially moved to the confirmed list.
* Please wait for confirmation before joining the session.
❌ Cancellation Policy
* Cancellation of a slot must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled session.
* No cancellations are allowed once the scheduled session has started.
* Late cancellations and no-shows are still subject to payment.
🚫 No Double Stacking
* Please do not play or use multiple paddle to secure a spot.
* Let’s give everyone a fair chance to join.
🏸 Open Play Etiquette
* Follow the assigned court rotation and playing order.
* Avoid monopolizing the court or repeatedly playing with the same group.
* Be respectful and practice good sportsmanship at all times.
* Please help keep the courts and surrounding areas clean.
