To keep our sessions organized and fair for everyone, please take note of the updated rules below before reserving your slot.

🏸 Reservation & Payment
• Reservation: Monday – Thursday
• Payment: Thursday – Friday, 11:00 PM
Once payment collection starts:
• No cancellations allowed.
• Payment is required whether you attend or not. Court costs are based on the number of confirmed players.
• If you can no longer attend, you may find your own substitute. No substitute = No refund.
• Unpaid slots by Friday, 11:00 PM may be released to waitlisted players.
• Court-sharing cost will be based on the final player list as of Thursday.

🔄 Rotation & Attendance
Popsicle Queueing System
• Players are free to choose their partners and opponents.
• Make yourself available for all matchups as much as possible to keep games moving and meet fellow players.
• Queue your stick only after finishing your game. Queueing while still playing is not allowed.
• If you choose to wait for a player who is still playing, your set moves to the end of the queue.
• Be ready when your name is called. Missed turns may be skipped, and your name will be moved to the end of the queue or the next available set.
• Be on time — late arrivals may result in fewer games.
📝 Waiting List & Court Availability
• Prioritize completing sets already on the waiting list before creating new ones.
• Do not remove, move, or lower another player’s position in the queue.
• Use any available court to avoid delays. You may transfer courts after your game if needed.
⚠️ Fair Play
• Any action that disrupts the queueing system or unfairly affects another player’s turn will not be tolerated.
• Tampering with the queue (removing, moving, or lowering another player’s position) will result in immediate placement at the end of the queue.
• Repeated offenses may lead to suspension from future sessions.
• Organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to maintain fairness and keep games running smoothly.

• Shuttle costs are already included in the court-sharing fee.
